Yesterday bux.to celebrates it's 2nd year anniversary. Claims it is the first successful PTC to move in their third year. I guess spending 2 years scamming people and getting away with it could be labeled as "successful". I doubt members would say bux.to is anywhere near the successful category.

And I know plenty of other sites that have been online longer for 2 years and are way more successful than the likes of bux.to. Hits4Pay, FusionCash, adpaid.com and others. What does these have that bux.to does not? They pay! And on time! It is clear that bux.to does not do these things. I don't know about you but the term success does not come to mind when your payment is 1 + 1/2 year past due. I would call it a failure and take it to the "scam" level.

This is why bux.to has to constantly tell themselves how great they are. Their self esteem is lacking, and for a good reason. Only scams have to constantly remind its users how great they are. You don't see Neobux inventing a new site to tell others how great they are. Do you? Of course not. Their actions speak louder than any word. And that is all bux.to has. Their word. Which isn't good enough. Bux.to is Delusional to think they are the best PTC on the internet. To feed their mental illness, they invent another bux.to site. Yes another. This time a "news paper" type of site. And guess what? All about bux.to and how great they think of themselves. http://thedailyearner.com

So I ask myself, how does bux.to measure success? It's obvious not by honoring their contract with their members and paying them on time. Perhaps it is by their offshore bank accounts? Ahh success! How bitter and sweet it is.

Bux.to has been showing some life in the payment department. Many premium members with $10 pending cash outs are being paid. Strange that all of these people were waiting in line at the same spot and all together. Don't you think? Any fool can see that this is not the case. Which brings me to the latest love spat between Forum Staff and VPBani.
Vpbani wants to implement a suggestion of his. Since Bux.to doesn't pay in order, and any member can see that, he thought it would be a great idea for bux.to to pay a member who has a pending payout over $1000, once a week. I guess Vpbani is starting to see why members, especially older member doubt bux.to. Here is is suggestion and I quote:

I've been paying alot of attention to the Success Stories and Payment Proofs page, and I'm sorry to say that I haven't seen any payments in the $2,000 or above range in as long as I can remember. Forum Staff/Admin, I know that most members don't post success stories, but the payment proofs are updated by Buxto, not the members. If big payments are really going out, why are they not being posted there?

Whatever the reason, it doesn't matter to me. What matters is getting people paid. So here is my suggestion:

Since requests over $1000 take a much longer time to audit, how about take 1 day every week for the payment staff to audit ONLY those requests? You have a wealth of members in the forum currently with these pending payouts. Many of these have already vowed to immediately post a success story upon receipt.

While I disagree with some parts here (especially the bold parts) , I do find it interesting what Forum Staff/AMC says about this idea. Listen to what the old hag has to say:

vpbani, good intention in your post but we do not make conditions to members to get their payment. The only condition is to be honest members. The sheets posted on payments proof are just random excerpts, payments don't go out in order of amount but in order of being ready for pay. There is no time to search for all in one amount range and put them together.

We don't post who is paid and how many with membernames attached. It is not ethical to do without members knowing and approve and no matter what we don't lower our standards.
Thousands payments go out, only a few post payment proof. Then so be it. And it is to my amazement that members who wait long for little make that effort while those who wait long or not so long for much, don't.
It is amazing but therefore no less appreciated that our standard members or others with low cashouts post in success stories. We make no distinction in appreciation.

They are random, but don't tell the full story. If large payments ARE being paid, they aren't showing up. Maybe you can pass word along to ensure that some large ones are posted as well

As I've said before, the payment proofs are posted by Buxto admin, not by the members. I know the success stories and testimonials don't accurately reflect what's being done, which is why I would hope Buxto admin could fill in the gaps on their end.

Forum Staff, you've made some comments tearing down ideas that I never suggested. I would ask that in the future, please read more carefully what is written. I am very familiar with Buxto's ethics, and we can go into a very well-heated debate arguing how "ethical" it is to see members wait as long as they have and offer no proof that payments in their size range are even being made. But as the forum is not for that, I won't go there. My goal is to help in whichever way I can, thus the suggestion I've made.

I think my suggestion is a pretty darn good one. If you won't forward it, at least ask management to be more accurate with the proofs that are posted so that we can all clearly see that even large payments are made. The proofs are there to prove Buxto's legitimacy and honorable intent. Without sufficient proof, all other efforts may be for naught.

Of course a reply wasn't given to Forum Staff. I am sure in the VIP and staff room there is a reply. Also I noticed a strange thing today. A member over $1000 was paid today. This is great! Right? I wouldn't get all excited about it. I looked into it. Looks like the person who posted this success story became a forum member, TODAY. That's right registered today. Do any of you know how hard it is to get approved on the forum? I know I have one friend that has yet to be approved to be on the forum. He too is waiting for his long and over due payout. But they wont let him in. Probably because they know he has a big pending cashout and don't want that getting out on their forum.

So I looked at this "Jackpot winner". Posted today in the news section. The user registers and gets approved today. And the user does not give any details when he requested this. So what am I a suppose to think? After the PeteSussex thing, my only conclusion is...that this too is fake. For those who don't know. There was a user that posted a success story in the news section of bux.to and it turned out that story was fake. You can view the story here.

Most of bux.to's success stories that are posted on the front page news section are fake. Bux.to does not work that fast. My lord it takes them 6 months to answer a support ticket. I doubt that they were able to audit this member, get him approved on the forum within the same day he was paid, and get his story on the front page of bux.to. Not without some planning, and the only way you can do that is by making a fake story.

Then I could be wrong. But why doesn't this member say when he requested his payout? All members know by now, how important it is to tell and share when they requested their payout. As you can see from one of the screen shots below many members are asking "when did you request?"

I would suspect that if this was a legit payout, the person is a new member who was paid once before and now his payments are being expedited ahead of older members. Since we know bux.to no longer honors it TOS and does not pay in order, rather than who they think will bring them the most success stories in return for their payment.

It is a shame when members are getting happy over $10 payments and one member here and there getting a payment within the $1000 range. This is what the once mighty bux.to has us resorting to. Bread crumbs. While the owner David John Withers, a money launder. Plays games with us and our money. Never again David, will I give one cent to you. And I will make sure I will do everything in my power to get that word out.

I feel it is time. Time to reveal those behind the scam. Time to show members and non members who is running bux.to. The owners and staff. Everyone here plays a part in this scam. From the owners who take the money in, to the moderators on bux forum who are encouraging those to buy fake refs. All are guilty of running a scam. Some are the getaway driver. And some are the bank robber. So here are my eleven suspects at bux.to:

1. David John Withers (UK) - Was convicted of VAT fraud and money laundering charges by a jury of his peers in the UK in July of 2002.

Bux.to Staff will claim, he was only signing papers for bux.to and that he no longer works or runs bux.to. Do not believe those lies. This guy is still in play. If you go the bux.to forum will see a staff member by the name of Dave51. Coincidence? I doubt it. Look at the age for David. Then look at the screen shot of the age of when David John Withers was arrested for fraud. He was 46 years old in July of 2002. That would make him.. 52 years old going on 53 years old this month.

Many feel this is the owner of bux.to. When members on the forum stated this, they were banned. If I am not mistaken Rando's first ban was due to revealing David Withers. Of course staff huffed and puffed and said it wasn't true and called us liars and some were even banned for this. I wonder who is lying now? Members? Or a PTC staff member? You decide.

Strange that bux.to mailing address is in Dominica. When David was convicted of money laundering and controlled a network of companies and bank accounts and property in both the UK and the Cayman Islands. So does a Zebra change it's stripes? I doubt it. And I am sure we are looking at the same thing all over again. Fraud and money laundering, a crook will always be a crook.

May I also remind you that "David" was the one who was asking for the extra verification documents for payments over $1000. One person is doing payments. So why would anyone else be looking at these documents and asking for them?

2. Spiderwoman (Miguelina/Michelle) Country: Germany -
A bux.to Administrator that likes to lead people on and lie to them. Many lies have come from this one. One after another. She has helped the owners in covering up the truth. Whether it is by banning members, or by censoring them on the forum.

She is a staunch supporter of bux.to and helps the owner in committing fraud. She has even went as low to claim that a member was photoshopping evidence. When she and other staff were proven wrong, she made a promise to make the wrong a right. Which she still has not lived up to that promise. See previous posts here for more info:

3. AMC (Renilda/Nilda) Country: Belgium: - One of the worst forum staff I have ever seen. No respect for members at all. Uses a new screen name now, mainly because she is so rude to members she had to hide behind another name. You will see her use Forum Staff or Forum Admin. If I am not mistaken Spider uses Forum Admin too. It has become a game between these two. They take turns using screen names think they can throw us off. But old habits always comes back to haunt them. And you can tell by their writings who is who.

Now Forum Staff and Forum Admin will go through posts and spam the forum and tell members to buy upgrades and ref packages. These two are the worst of the worst. Practically telling members that they need to try this or buy this. These are the two "drug dealers" of bux.to

4. Nattymoo (Natty Vesty) Country: UK -

This one reminds me of those boy band fans. You know those teenage girls that stand outside of a concert and scream and yell, and talk about how big of a fan they are? Yes, this is bux.to's biggest fan. wouldn't you know it, she has a bux.to fan site.

No evil can be done in her eyes. She will make excuse after excuse to protect bux.to. Kind of like a battered woman who makes excuse for her husband beating her.

She will quickly take bux.to over a member. Especially if a member has doubts about bux.to. She once had a blog named "Confessions of a Bux.to moderator". I believe one member brought to her attention that bux.to was limiting the amount you can now cash out, and they showed her a screen shot of this. What does she do? Well, what ever bux.to staff does. The old PHOTOSHOPPED excuse comes in to play here. Everything is photoshopped.

She takes it with a pinch of salt? Just like working for a convicted money launderer. Oh, also she is paid staff member. Like all other bux.to staff that are there. So I guess I should take what she says with a pinch of salt as well.

5. VPBani (Brian Nevius) Country: USA - Clueless and another bux.to fan. Much like Nattymoo, can not see the truth if it hit him in the face. Supports this company and misleads members by providing false information. Might be mislead by higher staff and left out of the loop.

6. Taichouinkei (Donald Clemens) Country: USA - Arrrr, my little bux.to pirate. Every scam needs a pirate, right?

This guy is the mouth piece of bux.to. LITERALLY. Be prepared if you ask a question or say bux.to is doing something wrong, you will recieve a long drawn out post for his reply. Sometimes with words that don't even belong in the post. Again, another defender of bux.to. At all cost. However in private, and in the bux.to staff room he has shown some doubts. But god forbid if a regular member did this.

With bux.to's forum changes, I am sure his use has pretty much died out. If posts are deleted and not approved, this poor guy can't reply to them. No posts, no rebutal.

7. Nick (USA) - Another idiot. At all cost, bux.to can do no evil or wrong doings in his eyes. Once a topic was brought up about bux.to canceling Standard members payments and how this was a good thing. But members quickly pointed out in the bux.to Terms Of Service that they were suppose to give these members a 30 day warning before this happened. His excuse was that bux.to doesn't want to spam people. Excuse me? I guess the email I received about the bux contest isn't? This guy is a fool and will believe anything that top staff says.

8. Tri (UK) - According to staff he still works with bux.to So he still goes on my list of bux.to supporters of helping the owner committing fraud.

9. Alt3rn4tiv3 ( Li Sheng ) (Republic of Singapore) - Another one that is suspected of leaving bux.to. Deleted his bux.to forum account after things got heated. Hold your horses! This guy is still providing bux.to a forum and he is paying for it. He would love to say "so what!" Well guess what? Kind of like harboring a fugitive. I don't know. I guess someone using my forum to steal peoples money might not bother some, but it sure the hell does for me. Also he has stated the bux.to owner is refusing to pay him for it. Well hello! Mcfly! Anybody home? Gee, think! What should you do? Count your losses? Or let it keep growing, and be in more debt?

Well I know if I refused to pay my electric company they sure the hell wouldn't wait and hope for me to pay it. What would they do? Pull the plug maybe and disconnect it? So something doesn't sound right with this picture. And the guy has lied and sneaked himself into places where he shouldn't be. ON top of that owns other PTC sites, if not more.

10. Debbie/George - (Germany) - Who? Supposedly the real owners of bux.to. Yes another owner. This is starting to turn it to a big fat joke. How many owners does it take to run a scamming PTC site?

According to some, Spider out right flamed Debbie out int the open. And both despise one another. Does this sound like a resonable situation to you? Would you work for someone you can't stand? Would you let someone work for you who uterly despises you? I believe it is all a game. I pretty sure Debbie and George are the same. Fake names to run a scam.

11. Alex_Support- I wouldn't doubt that it is another fake name being used for "support" purposes. One of the worst support team I have ever come across.

False Advertising at Bux.to

When you think it can't get any worse, then bux.to goes and does something so stupid! However, staff at bux.to claim that bux.to is not a scam. I don't know about you, but false advertising is a big freaking clue to a scam. Case in point, http://topbuxsites.com/ . On bux.to they are displaying this on their ads. Yet another self advertising ad. Nothing new there.

On the other hand, as you can see topbuxsites.com ranks bux.to at the top of their list. Who in the world would do that? Well, you are only going to need one guess. Bux.to of course. They are the only ones that proclaim themselves the best site, no one in their right mind would say this.

So out of curiosity, I right clicked on that ad, and opened the page/link that was being advertised on bux.to Did a little whois research on the site, and guess what? Another bux.to site! Yup, that's right. Bux.to created this site so they can put themselves number one on the list of top "bux sites".

Sorry bux.to, you are not even close. The only list that you are in the top of... is the list of SCAM sites!

If you ever seen the movie the matrix you will see a black cat walk by and do it again, and Neo says, "Whoa. Déjà vu. " Trinity later explains "A déjà vu is usually a glitch in the Matrix. It happens when they change something. " And that is what we have here! Yes it is a bad case of Déjà vu at Bux.to.

As many victims of this scam know, payouts were canceled if they were under $50 for Standard Members.

It now looks like another round of canceled payments have begone. This time the attack is on members who have a pending payout over $999.00. Premiums and Standards. This proves bux.to is hard up for CASH!! So what does the owner do? Get rid of his money problems. Cancel all payments over $999. Thanks to the one who provided the shot

I have just received information that someone had a 4000$ request and has just received an email form bux that his request was canceled and if he has not broken the TOS he can put in a new request.

And forget about the Forum! That place doesn't have any info. And no one is posting there due to the censorship. Yes censorship. Some staff at bux.to does not know the deffinition of Censorship. So let me remind everyone.

Censorship is the suppression of speech or deletion of communicative material which may be considered objectionable, harmful, sensitive, or inconvenient to the government or media organizations as determined by a censor.

This could be the reason why bux.to started the new kind of censorship on their forum. They knew that people would flip out. So now posts in the open areas now have to be pre approved before the are published.

Bux.to Starts To Dig their Own Grave!

Yes, there was another announcement made today after the anonymous tips were left on blogs all over the internet. As some of you might know, on the bux.to forum they are no longer allowing any posts to be shown without prior approval from staff. Meaning... bux.to has plenty to hide from it's members and they want to be able to cheat, and steal from their newly registered members without them knowing it.

Even the announcement is hidden from public eyes. The topic is located in "General Talk" instead of the announcement section. Wouldn't you think that this would be something that should go before all to see? Not according to bux.to. This is all being kept hush hush from the public's eyes.

What bux.to does not know, is that this course of action will lead them to their own demise. Most PTCs are not successful if there isn't a forum available to its members. Sure the forum is up, but it no longer serves it's members. It now serves as a market place for bux.to to sell fake refs and too scam new would be victims.

Also, all these members that are left behind are going to be pissed when they can not ask about their payment. And guess where they will run to? Anywhere on the internet that will give them answers. So thanks bux.to. Thank you, for digging your own grave.

Straight from the horse's mouth. At least that is what my anonymous reader says. Just recently I received a anonymous tip from a person who says they have info from within the bux.to staff room. Could it be? Could this be from one of bux.to's own staff? This is not the first time bux.to has had a staff member who has leaked some info. If this is the case, then we are grateful for the info that you are sharing with us. If not, thank you to the "anonymous" tipper.

It seems like the owner of bux.to has laid out some new ground rules. Some of what was said is no surprise, since we already seen some of these things happening in the forum. Here is the info that the anonymous reader has left on my blog.

I am going to go right ahead and say it. Bux.to no longer pays their older investors. You know the ones who made bux.to, the ones that made what bux.to rise to it's glory before they became a scam?

As each days passes it is clear that bux.to no longer cares that they scammed old original investors. Investors that put thousands upon thousands of dollars into this site. And what does bux.to do? The turn their backs on them. These original investors have been waiting almost 1 year and a half for their payments. Does bux.to pay them? No, instead they start paying new investors within days of their requested payout.

I have a message for new investors. If I was you I would stop now, while you are ahead. You are on the verge of becoming the next set of bux.to scammed victims. And if you are not conviced, make sure you make your requests as fast as you can. Do not wait and accumulate a balance and wait for them to pay you. Because if you do, you will end up like us. A large ballance that bux.to can not afford to pay. There are members that have over $40,000 waiting to be paid to them. And I fear they will NEVER see their money. Well it looks like bux.to hired some new forum staff members. Or so they would like you to believe.

This has to be one of the most silliest changes that I have seen come out of bux.to. Do they really think they can fool us? Really? Come on! I thought you guys were smarter than that! You are not fooling anyone with this.

The names may have changed, but the game is the same. Close down threads left and right, get rid of old members, and lie and cheat like hell!

These bozos think that by changing their screen name no one will know who they are or reconize them? People are creatures of habit, and eventually we all show our true colors sooner or later. It is obvious that

Like I said people are creatures of habit, and I am sure it is REALLY hard for these two to change these habbits. Already, we are seeing these habits coming back to life.

Their "tone" that they use toward everyone, it is the same. Here is AMC's post from only days ago. She seems to take offense when people say she is a robot.

Again, these filthy people trying to beat it down our throats that bux.to is a honest company and can be trusted with your investment. The same morons that told us older members it was our fault for investing into bux.to. Especially since it is not a sure thing and that your money could be lost if you invest through them.

Funny how they are now comming out with this promotion.

Bux.to and Charities

Another organization has shown disapproval of bux.to. For us regular members, we all have seen the bux.to charities ad page in our advertisement area. Bux.to continuously reminding us that they give to charities.

Personally, I believe by doing such a deed a person or company should be humble about it. They shouldn't be using it as advertising or a marketing campaign. Especially on a site that is a scam. Charities have a hard enough time to get people to give, especially when it the term scam comes in to play.

So, like all companies that have dealings with bux.to, we contacted them and asked them if they knew about bux.to using their logos and and ads on their site. Well the response is damaging, and here is the reply and screenshot of the email we received from them.

My name is Hugh Linnehan and I am the Corporate Partnerships Manager for SOS-Kinderdorf International, the umbrella organisation for 132 SOS Children?s Villages associations worldwide.

We received your inquiry and are particularly concerned about Bux.to and its use of our logo. We have no record whatsoever of any relationship between Bux.to and any SOS Children?s Villages association. The SOS banner used in the Charity Contributions section of Bux.to?s website http://www2.bux.to/contact.php is from many years ago, and we would not have given Bux.to this emblem.

* I tried contacting Bux.to on their customer service address (and included your name and the nature of your complaint), but the mail was returned as undeliverable because the mailbox was full. My mail was 5 kb in size.
* I am sure you have already looked at articles/blogs about this company?s reputation, and a Google search found some discouraging reports of fraud and scams. Bux.to is purportedly owned by David John Withers, who has been involved with numerous internet scams in the past.

The Alt3rn4tiv3

Alt3rn4tiv3 is a bux.to Administrator that has been up to no good. At first I was giving this fella some slack for being young and caught in the middle of the bux.to drama. Or so we think. Which is not the case. Recently Alt3rn4tiv3 was caught " breaking and entering" into the ChitShack. By hacking into a user's account and using their screen name to gain access to private areas of the forum. Might I add that the user that he used to hack in was a non bux.to member. And has nothing to do with bux.to, and does not participate in the discussions about bux.to. Of course that is until she found out that her account was used and hacked by Alt3rn4tiv3. And she is not happy with Alt3rn4tiv3 or Bux.to. Not one bit.

All of this happened on April 10th. Of course this wasn't the only time that he has done this, he even went as far as admitting this to the owner and saying that he use to access the private areas of the shack daily. After the confession, measures were taken to prevent this happening again.

We also have reason to believe that he tried to access the shack recently in the past few days, and the owner of the Shack claims that he was unsuccessful this time around.

Yes, this is from a staff member at bux.to. The same staff that claim they don't care what goes on "in your little group". Again, their obsession has taken over. Two staff members have shown that they will do anything and everything to gain access to this private area of the Shack. One moderator (AMC) gained screen shots, or should I say "stolen goods" ...from the private areas of the Shack.

I am sure many of you know that Intenze/Maxx was paid within hours after he contacted djwsales@gmail.com, the owner of bux.to. Maxx, is a known member of the private area of the ChitShack. After he was paid, he wouldn't share info and rarely posted, however he was at the Shack for hours. I am sure for exchange for his payment he gave them screen shots of the private forum. A forum that bux.to and staff say they have no concern about.

Again, we have a person trying to break in to view this private area. This time by cracking passwords. Sound familiar? Alt3rn4tiv3, has turned out to be just as obsessed as AMC. You dont' see members hacking into bux.to forum, do you? No offense Alt3rn4tiv3, but you are not the only hacker out there. While I highly advise against such an act, just remember that what you do onto others can very easily be turned against you.

Speaking of turning, it turns out that the buxbb forum is not hosted by who we thought. While looking at bux.to and researching who hosts bux.to I decided to look at who hosts buxbb. Surprisingly the so called "Friend" that is hosting the bux.to forum is Alt3rn4tiv3. I guess the host did have control over those banner ads after all.

So who else does this alt3rn4tiv3@gmail.com have in common with? I did a google search on that email. Come to find out, alt3rn4tiv3 has a couple scam sites of his own. Don't believe me? Do a google search of alt3rn4tiv3@gmail.com. You will see the name Advercash, a well known scamming site.

And whats this??!! Another PTC! Look at the image above. Clickz.me?? Oh dear... So I look that one up and sure enough, another ptc site to his name.

I wouldn't doubt there are others. At any rate, one too many scams that he is involved in. Bux.to and now this? Then there is the hacking into the Shack.

With that said, I feel that this should be known to the public and use caution when dealing with these people. Do not invest or throw your money away on these sites where these people show up on. When dealing with these PTC sites and their crooked staff. They lie, they steal, and deceive you. They are all apart of this elaborate scheme, and by their actions they have no morals or ethics.

A message to Alt3rn4tiv3, I know you have tried to get my blog shut down. Let it be known that back ups are made after every entry. Just try your little stunt with me, and see how many new ones pop up in their place. All I have to do is press the upload button and a new blog appears with everything intact. Funny, how you and staff claim the Splinterwoman blog was done by a poser... if that was the case, why come after my blog, when you could have easily taken that one down?

Bux.to is spreading their Propaganda to the max. Either by their sad little forum, at buxcontest.com. Or through buxbb.com. And yes, they are banning people left and right who state the truth. Bux.to has turned into the PTC bully. Calling out members who state the truth and ask about their payment. By stating their bux.to account name in their reply. Well, bux.to, you can stick my account up your ass, because I could care less as of now. I know the real bux.to, you can't fool me.

Bux.to "owner" acts like he is back and in full force. The truth is, they have always been around. We know who the owners are. Making fake accounts under another name isn't going to hide who you are. Your replies are short and vague. Only because you know you have more than one forum account, and if you say too much we will know who is the poser. I guess it is not so obvious to the average Joe, but you can't fool me.

You would have us believe that "Support" and "Dave51" show up on the same day? After a long period of not showing your faces? Like I said a picture is worth a thousands words...

If you go to the yourbuxcard.com and do a test run, you will see that the sign up is done through swreg.org, bux.to's payment processor. Not PAYONEER??!

I remember very vividly, that when I registered for the card It went through payoneer's site, not swreg! On top of that, you are required to enter you personal information on Payoneer. Like Social Security numbers and proof of who you are. So how is bux.to able to do this without gathering the info? It looks like bux.to is violating the USA PATRIOT Act, and on top of that reselling something that is free. Sounds like FRAUD to me.

Payoneer seems to be fed up with bux.to for using the Payoneer card to promote Bux.to. For weeks many members have been outraged about bux.to and their yourbuxcard.com - Marketing Staff, pushing the card on all member to buy and purchase this card for 49.95. A card that is provided free of charge by payoneer. I am sure after many complaints payoneer was not happy about their company and services being used as a vessel to scam the general public. Well, well, well...what do we have here? This just gets better and better every day! Bux.to has turned into a international Soap Opera sensation. I have been busy and away from the "drama" at bux.to. So I check in from time to time, to see if anything changed. Of course, nothing has. Only the same old lies coming from that place.

I did find something quite amusing. As everyone knows there is a Mod on bux.to, by the name of "AMC" who desires attention from time to time. Like you would do to anyone who throws fits and tantrums, she is ignored and laughed at on several occasions. She is even the "butt of a joke" on a PRIVATE forum. A forum that she is so desperately obssessed with. All of this is very amusing to watch.

For instance, a couple of days ago a member started a thread to show people on the forum how many people have joined the other PRIVATE forum, known as the "Bagheads" forum. Of course AMC runs to it and points out that some member names are not the same and that if they are not corrected she will close the thread. Oh no!! She is going to close the thread down! ::shaking in my boots::

Also in this thread, AMC mentions she isn't really concerned about what goes on on this other forum. Only that she has been given screen shots of what is being said and done there, and she wants everyone to know that she knows everything that goes on there. LIKE WE CARE!

Let it be known that the PRIVATE forum on the Shack was made by Chrissy, Eternal and Vince (a former Bux.to Moderator) to have discussions about bux.to without the fear of being hounded and demonized by moderators and staff. you see this is what happens when you censor and piss people off. If bux.to didn't edit, delete, and close down threads they wouldn't have this problem. But no! They had to quell all of this for fear of it getting out to the public.

So back to this "Baghead List", I was going to reply today on this thread. However, AMC closed it. She does her little song and dance with Spiderwoman and acts like it is some kind of game. Yes a bunch of grown women playing games with people and their money. Sickening, isn't it?!

For those who don't know in order to file or make such a claim, they need to do it where it took place. Well, bux.to. You have your work cut out for you, because your so called "slander" claim is all over the internet from thousands of members. You can't even pay your members!

Also it is the Plaintiff who has to prove slander occurred, not the defendant.

Bux.to and their staff have been in denial about the ads being shown on their site. Concerns were raised by members who noticed bux.to's ads were fake if not self-promoting bux.to. When a member stated this is"Very interesting information, this confirms a lot of what is going on here." Bux.to's Administrator, Spiderwoman's replied, and I quote "That's an OPINION, not an information... "

Oh my! Links, HTML codes, and screen shots were shown and her reply is "That's an Opinion"? An obvious reply from a person who doesn't know what they are talking about.

For those of you that don't have a clue to what I am talking about, I will break it down for you. Bux.to is a PTC site that pays you for every ad you click. Hence "Paid To Click" In order to pay you they have to have advertisers to show their ads. No ads, means no money to be made. Over the past year bux.to's site has been in the slumps. Few ads, Refs dieing, and no payments were being made. All the sudden within the past few months ads and refs come back to life. So out of curiosity I and many other members are investigating why these ads and refs are coming back to life.

For premium membership you can view and click 35-50 ads a day. Sounds great, right? Well to the average Joe who doesn't have a clue to where these ads are coming from, it does. I mean, 45 ads?!! You can't beat that!

Now, everyone is all hyped up about the ads, so in return they are going to purchase refs. Sounds like a good plan to me. Hold on! Before you do that, you might want to think about what is the end result, because it can be a stinker. Yes, you may gain some clicks and extra numbers from all of these ads, but will bux.to be able to pay you for all of your hard work? They should, right? If they are receiving commissions from these for ads that they sell everyday. Right?

Ha! Bux.to has us for suckers. What ads? 90% of bux.to's ads are self-promotional ads. What does that mean? It means bux.to is showing you ads from within the company and not from outside advertisers. Uh oh...so how are they going to pay you if they are not bringing in any advertisers? Well most of their ads are from ClickBank ads. Bux.to has a account with them, however it requires you to purchase and click on these ads for bux.to to make any kind of profit from it.

There is a old saying "Don't count your chickens before they hatch", and I believe this is what bux.to is doing when it comes to them showing their self-sponsored ads. They are counting on receiving these earnings from these ClickBank ads to pay their members. Which explains why payments are so far behind now. Don't believe me? Well, I though some of you might say that, so I took the time and effort to view every ad and to view every ad's links and HTML coding. While doing this I took screen shots of every ad. Yes, that's right, I am going to show you what a bux.to member sees everyday when they click their ads.

Also, I took the liberty of joining ClickBank to see how it works. Basically during sign up you choose a "Nickname" or what some may call a user name. For instance if I chose a nickname of "buxtosux" this is how my clickbank link would look like.

Oh my lord what do we have here? I saw something yesterday and I can not believe that I didn't see this before! Bux.to you are dirty!

Yesterday a member discovered that a ad on bux.to, Gamer Testing Ground, that was being shown was from a "davesales5". Uh oh! Another David Withers self promoted ad. We have seen this before from another ad awhile back.

What is bothering me is that this Gamer Testing Ground ad has been around for a long time. Ever since I had become a member at bux.to. This whole time it was right in front of my face, and I didn't even know it.

So how many of these ads are self promoted? Gee I wonder. So I did a little searching, and I was shocked on how many there are. But before I show you all of these ads, let it be known that this was brought up before, back in June of 2008. I found a old thread in the bux.to forum asking who is this person and why is he spending "40-50k$ daily on advertising". I will show you every post in that thread and show you what bux.to was doing to make this go away. Notice, the post numbers every post is present from that thread, and notice that not a peep or word from staff is seen on this thread.

Oh staff...Where are you? I guess they are speechless? Why lock this thread? And you leave no reason for locking this thread? What are you hiding? Or maybe you already know the answer and want to keep your scam going.

You know, there is another blogger out there that is running a blog called "The Bux.to Lookouts". On this blog they have pictures of staff and they are labeled as "accomplices to a scam". At first I thought it might be kind of harsh to label them as such, and I know that I have in the past said that they are helping bux.to commit a crime...but I never thought they would be willingly doing this and that they were being kept in the dark just like we were. I guess this other blogger has these people all figured out. I mean it is clear now, that they are all in this together and they know how bux.to is making it's money off of these ads. You are probably asking how, let me show you.

Do a google search on "davesales5" and you will stumble on a site called Bastion Bux, it is in Spanish so you need to view the translated version for all you non Spanish speakers out there. Scroll down about a quarter of the page and you will see the source codes for these ads that appear on bux.to. Lets count how many of them are DaveSales5, shall we?

Since it has been awhile since I clicked on all ads, I thought I would venture over in Ponzie Scheme land and see what kind of ads they are displaying today. And guess what? Nothing has changed. There are more bux.to self advertising ads then there was a year ago! Sounds great doesn't it? If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. Let me show you. Excuse my scribble on the image...

Ok, now that you see that and you have previously seen how "David Withers" is a affiliate of clickbank, I think you should have an idea of how bux.to is keeping this scheme going.

Here is the deal, for premiums, I offer you 30-50 ads a day. I pretend that I have advertisers lined up and ready to pay you for viewing their ads. Then I promise to pay you for clicking and viewing their ads, out of the advertising fee I charge them. Right? Wrong...bux.to ads are from within the company. There is no way they can afford to pay you for 39 ads that are self sponsored and are through their affiliate links. They might make some money off of those "ClickBank" clicks or purchases, that is if the person clicks on them. Which I doubt many users are doing.

This is a hoax and bux.to's way of deceiving you. Don't believe me? Try it yourself. Click on your ads, and while that timer is counting down, take your mouse and hover over some of these links. Get to know your "ADVERTISER", the one who is paying you to view their ads. All you will get is Clickbank and bux.to links. Sometimes you will have both on the same page! A clickbank link with a bux.to ad asking you to order the payoneer card. Also you will come across some links to a cbbux.com, guess who owns it? That's right, bux.to. Just go to http://www.robtex.com/dns/cbbux.com.html and click on the "shared" tab and you will see bux.to and other bux.to sites.

OK, so we know that bux.to ads are self advertised. Almost 90% of them. So, how are they going to pay you if there are no sponsors? How can they, when all of their ads are nothing more than their own sites and their own products? Is it starting to make sense now? Why they are so behind in payouts? Ahh...yes. It makes perfect sense. Make an illusion to make people think they have active refs. Offer more ads, to make people think we have more advertisers. And last but not least, pay a chosen few, to make it look like we are paying. If that doesn't work, make fake success stories and announce it on your main page.

Bux.to is using the Payoneer to scam users. Don't be fooled by this new scheme that bux.to has "cooked up". A week ago bux.to released that they were planning to offer the bux.to Payoneer card to all of its members. Standards and Premiums. However, for a hefty price of $49.95. Sounds ridiculous, right? For a piece of plastic that is never used? For a prepaid card? $10 the most.

I have had the card since April of last year, and have yet to use it. Why? Because bux.to doesn't pay. Bux.to can't pay their members but they have the gull to ask members to purchase this card? Are they insane!

OK, This is not about the hit show "Lie To Me". But I feel that bux.to knows a few things when it comes to telling lies.

Previously me and some other members have done some researching on bux.to's so called "Success Stories" that is posted on their front page. Since none of these success stories can be found on the forum, we all knew something wasn't quite right with these stories.

The one that I found to be the most despicable was the PeteSussex.com success story. This person's success story had links at the bottom of their entry. One of these links are to this site www.PeteSussex.com. If you do a Whois on this site you will see that it is a bux.to owned site, that is being used to lure in new members and giving them the impression the bux.to is paying.

Following this ad, bux.to announced that they will be offering the bux.to card to everyone. Standard and Premiums. Of course there is a fee involved.

In the card's announcement they gave a link where you can sign up for the card. Which miraculously the link/site is not working at this time. It could be a site issue, or maybe it was due to all the questioning from members on the forum. We shall see, if that is the case.

When you do a whois on the www.YourBuxCard.com and PeteSussex.com <--(the link from the success story) the info that comes up is very interesting. True, that a lot of it is blocked and has a guard on it, but you still can see that these two sites are linked. Here is the sites side by side:

Notice the dates. Both created only days apart. And same registration service. Now look at this next screen shot of a Trace Route. This time bux.to and Petesussex.com

Is all of this just coincidental? Maybe, but I would highly doubt it since bux.to has used up all of the "it's just a coincidence" cards. Also, these so called coincidences are popping up more and more everyday.

Still not convinced? Another discovery was made today. Of course, staff was quick to run to it and respond by saying it was just another theory and it is all made up.

Seems like bux.to can't follow their own TOS, in the forum or on their main site. And don't lie, it was a staff member that was spamming the forum to sign up for the card. We all know it. When we reported it, our post was deleted.

If you don't think bux.to is a scam by now, then I don't know what to tell you. I will continue to keep tabs on bux.to until the law catches up to them, or till they pay EVERYONE. New and old. But, that will never happen.

Bull Shit!! Opps! Sorry I didn't mean to use profanity. OK, so I did, but that is what bux.to is doing. Has anyone looked at the success stories lately? I hope these new sign ups do not believe this crap! Because that is exactly what it is.

Bux.to has been posting success stories on the front page of their site. Anything running from:

"Refs are clicking like crazy"
"Shocked this morning 84 ads!!"
"received $948 last night".

What is so odd about these are the payment success stories are nowhere to be found on the forum. A little odd isn't it? After this was brought up, the next payment success story was sure to have a explanation for it.

"PS: Unable to post in the forum. Patiently waiting to be accepted."

Wow, you would think they would accept this person. It isn't hard to accept a user on a forum Anyone that runs a forum knows this. So if this person was a real person, I am sure bux.to would have let them in the forum to post their story. That is IF they are real. Bux.to knows that success stories are looked at, due to many being pointed out as being fake and so forth. Which those threads magically disappear after it is pointed out. For instance this one, which it was posted on the Hispanol Forum, and someone alerted this to me that it was fake. Since bux.to's alertpay email address was fake in the screen shot. It was being advertised in their daily self advertisemnts. And they quickly took it down.

Yes, bux.to will do anything to make the public think that their money is safe and well spent when they sign up for bux.to.

The past two payment success stories that are posted on their front page has their referral links posted in the story. One of them is 0101010101 I find that to be funny if not very odd. Looks like a last minute made up user. Of course I could be wrong. I am sure there are some people who would create such a name. But I doubt that this one is legit. From what we know about this particular success story it does not look like this is a real user. The person is not registered on the forum. This success story isn't posted on the forum either. And now in their success story they are posting their referral link. Why? Is this what they are getting for in exchange for their stories? Is bux.to saying- you give me a success story, I will give you refs?

The person that made the last success story did the same. A unknown user, that is not posting his success story on the forum, and he has his referral link showing on his "advertised" link to his site in the success story. His site www.PeteSussex.com is a iframe of bux.to. One mod said the links on this site changes and are not bux.to's links. Particularly the ones that require your credit card and financial info. Be careful, do not sign up on PTC sites that are iframed.

This person, PeteSussex, was paid that night and his website went up the next morning. Bux.to had his story posted on the main page before noon. Does any of this sound suspicious to you? Here is the registration for this PeteSussex.com site

If you suspect a site of causing harm to your customer, wouldn't you have removed it? However, the site is still up after one week. I guess a person's security isn't bux.to's main concern, even though they are advertising for someone who is scamming people.

Spiderwoman claims these things take time. I wonder if she has seen the new tv show "Lie to Me". Because she obviously thinks she can get away with lying to us. If you look at the last shot I gave you, there are other stories that have been posted on the main page after Pete's story. Anyone that owns a site or a forum knows that when you go in make changes to a certain area, you can edit previous entries. Yet, spiderwoman and her crew would like to have us believe that they have not had the time to remove this story. Ha!! Please, don't make me laugh.

That's right! The card is no longer FREE. For only $49.95 you can get this worthless piece of plastic! Another ploy to gain revenue to this Ponzie Scheme. Everyone hates using AlertPay. So now everyone thinks they will get paid faster if they buy this card, right? WRONG! My last payout was set up to go to the card, and where did it go? AlertPay. Yes, these people are so incompetent they can't even get the payout method right. So everyone that has their account set up to go to the card, will have a good chance of it going to AlertPay, that is IF you get paid. There are many members who have had this happen already. They had Alertpay and then when they changed it to the card they got it their money through Alertpay instead.

Now with that in mind, think about these poor souls that are now having to pay for the card. Then they make the switch, and guess what? It goes to Alertpay anyways! A waste of money? It could be. It's up to you on what you consider a loss. What gets me even angrier, is the fact that Payoneer is doing business with this Ponzie Scheme. I know personally, I would not recommend Payoneer or its service to anyone. Especially AlertPay. The biggest payment processor for fraudulent businesses. No wonder why PayPal dropped bux.to

Speaking of the card, I just got back from the forum...it seems like there was a user by the name of YourBuxCard.com that is spamming the forum and telling users to go and sign up and get the card. This is the message that they are posting throughout the forum:

Well would you look at that. Then guess who comes right after this person has posted? Alex Support. Does he ban or warn this member? Nope!

So if this was anyone of us that did this, do you think we would get away with such a thing? This user name was made today. Only a day after the announcement for the card. They claim that it takes time to approve people to get into the forum. Yet, within a day or less they are able to approve YourBuxCard.com?? What the hell is going on here!! Bux.to, your excuse for the success stories is that they are "patiently waiting to get in the forum". But you have the audacity of approving a person in one day? And you let them spam the forum!! ?? No warnings or punishment? Why? Because this is clearly a bux.to staff member who is doing this. Your little scheme wont work with me. I now know the success stories are staged.

Someone also pointed out that the PeteSussex.com and the YourBuxCard.com are very similar. I will let you decide.

So what do I think about all the so called wonderful news and announcements on the front page? It is nothing but a bunch of B.S. They are tactics to lure in new members and to steal their money. Period! Do not be fooled by bux.to and their B.S.

Hurray!! Bux.to is paying again!!! Or are they?....

Seems like bux.to has paid a few members lately. You can view the recent payouts from their main site.

The payouts is not what interest me, rather than who was it that was paid? And it is a shocker!

As many probably know by now. there is group of people on the bux.to forum that are known as the bagheads. Their main objective is to get bux.to to pay their members. All of them. By doing this many of us have complained day after day. Open blogs, create videos, and whatever other resources that we can use to make these scammers pay. Our tactics have been questioned by many members and staff, yet we continued to fight for what is rightfully ours. There are many who take the quiet route, and wait patiently to get paid. Click every day, and praise bux.to. Unfortunately, they still go unpaid.

Now it seems that complaining does actually work. Fight fire with fire, as I would say.

So who was it that was paid? Was it a normal member? A member who does everything that bux.to tells them to do? Well it doesn't look that way and here they are:

The first one was braveheart, a known baghead complainer.

Then these three soon after, Chrissyshack, Pigfat, and now me. Yes, that's right, ME. The so called "personal attacker". And trust me, they know who I am. I have been in contact with staff members so they know everthing about me.

On top of that bux.to Moderators rush to say that complaining didn't get us paid. Really? Are you serious? What a blatant lie!

I decided to do some checking into things...a couple of months ago I opened up a ticket in regards to my payout showing sent and not received. So I thought since I was paid, they figured it out and the ticket was closed. Right? Well it seems that isn't the case. As of today 03/29/2009:

Just shows that bux.to staff will say anything and everything to keep the scam going. All you have to do is look at TaichouInkei reply, and it just goes to show you that they are liars and they like to threaten forum members. TaichouInkei knows the reason why we were paid. And I didn't ask to be paid because of who I was. Believe me I wouldn't be doing this for a $40 payout.

So now we have to ask ourselves this. Is this hush money? Lets recap what we have learned here.

The three of us were paid within days apart if not on the same day
We are known complainers/bagheads
All with different payout request dates.
My ticket is still open and waiting for a solution.

Now I have another question for you. Why go to this extent of paying only these members, if you were planning on paying everyone when it is all said and done? Or is it that you were not planning to pay everyone? Explains why members in the Bux.to Spanish Forum has seen a increase in payouts. Since many of spiders friends are there. And spider still clings to the notion that she has no control over payouts. We both know that is another lie. Since she had Edwardy's payment pushed through.

Yup, that's right they have control over payouts. As we now can see. Don't believe what they tell you. They will do anything and everything to keep this scheme going. Just look at the canceling of standard payouts, and the mysterious resurrection of dead refs.

Members are now claiming that their refs have started clicking. Refs that have died last summer. Yet they miraculously start clicking and all within days? How odd. I can tell by looking at the forum, that there is no way that members have come back to bux.to. Not in the numbers that we are seeing in referral clicks. Sounds like bux.to is playing with that on and off switch. These referrals are nothing but robots - "bots".

So we have to ask ourselves, why go to all these lengths to try and make it look like bux.to is legit? Did the Interpol thing scare them? Alt3rn4tiv3 has vanished from bux.to forum. Tri, refuses to show himself on the forum. Nattymoo has stopped posting all together. And don't get me started with the owners Debbie and George. They have been MIA a great deal of time. Which Interpol claims are fake names.

What we have now is a company scrapping the bottom of the pot. Looking for more ways to make money and how to scam more people out of their hard earn money.

Cancel Standard members payouts under $50
Get the members who had a canceled payout to sign up for premium membership
pay a handful of people, mainly complainers and active members on forum to make it look like we are paying according to our TOS
Turn on "bots" and get them to start clicking again, make others believe things are getting better and they will buy more refs -Just Brilliant-

Yes, it has come to this. Lies, deception, and thievery go hand and hand when it comes to bux.to. Like peas and carrots.

After reading the update, I knew right away what bux.to was up to. Members on the forum seem to be excited by the news. Thinking that this will speed up the payouts and that they will receive their payouts quicker because of this.

Do not be fooled by this. This is another way for them to stall and get more premium upgrades. If you think this is a way to stop auto clickers, think again.

Bux.to has no intentions of paying everyone. From their announcement they have made that clear. Here is the break down of their announcment:

Minimum Cashout for Standard Members

Everyone is aware that Bux.to has been taking steps over the past few months to remove cheaters. This is an ongoing process and further changes are likely to be brought in.

This could have been done months ago! Youtube is littered with auto clickers. Do you think that by changing the minimum payout from $10 to $50 this will remove cheaters? Auto clickers make way more than this. Just view one of many youtube videos out there...

This is a notice to inform members that we intend, in the next few days, to lift the minimum cashout level for standard members from the original $10 to $50.

It is our belief that with the increase in the number of advertisements available to click, reaching this minimum amount is achievable in a relatively short time. Existing cashout requests of below $50 will be cancelled. If you have sufficient money in your balance, you are welcomed to request again. Given the backlog in payments, most of those affected should have already reached the new minimum and will be able to request again immediately.

Wow. Giving standards the boot. Way to go bux.to! Now you plan to void any standard member payout that is under $50? Just another way telling people that you do not plan to pay them.

Also, you are saying there is going to be a increase in advertisements? Are you serious? Did you mean self made advertisements? You know the ones with David Withers name at the bottom.

I wonder how you come to this conclusion that your advertisements will increase. Only a PTC site that uses their own advertisements to boost their adverisement numbers would know that.

The purpose of this action is solely aimed at cheaters, because through our audit process, we realize that close to 70% of those with $10 requests are cheaters and we strongly believe that this will help us to shorten the backlog queue.

Well if you would have gone through and implemented the new script that Alt3rn4ativ3 made you wouldn't have to stoop this low.

And where is this so called queue you talk about? Where!!? Because you are not paying according to your "queue". We all know you pick and choose your payouts carefully. From the recent payouts, it is obvious that staff have full control over who gets paid.

If you you were so worried about paying cheaters, you would have done this months ago! Saying that the payout backlog is now due to cheaters is absurd! First it was Paypal. Then it was AP. After that it was DDos Attacks, and now you are pointing the finger at cheaters? Oh please you knew this was a problem from the get go. Yet, you did nothing about it. Youtube is littered with cheats, hackers and autoclickers, and you stood by and did nothing. Now all the sudden you care?

If you think your refs are going to come alive from the upcoming growing numbers of advertisements and return to their clicking, think again.

If you think this is going to speed up payments, think again.

If you think this is going to stop autoclickers, think again.

There is a lot to go over so bare with me while I go over of what is happening in the world of bux.to.

First off, I like to thank all of those who have left important info in our comment section or by e-mail. It has become a big help. For those of you who have any info regarding Bux.to can leave it in our comment section anonymously. You can do this by leaving it on any posting or you can do it here.

Now back to the business of bux.to. Bux.to mods and admin are still playing the banning and closing thread "game". As I predicted the "Personal Attack" thread was closed. I guess bux.to got tired of people chiming in and giving them a earful of what they thought about the whole ordeal.

On top of that, bux.to has been banning people for speaking what is on their minds. Of course we are talking about bux.to here. I guess telling mods and administrators that they are just as responsible for the crimes that bux.to is making, is a little too much for them to handle. The term the truth hurts comes to mind. Them locking threads and banning people for saying these things is only making it look more likely this could be even closer to the truth.

But I mean, there's a point of no return and I think, at this point, it's being ever so slowly crossed into.. particularly with no sign of life coming from the heirarchy.

This is something I learned and unwillingly accepted. Now I moved on and I am having the "waiting time" as long as it takes, as long as I keep having direct contact with management.

I dunno if I could agree, business wise. I would venture to say that planning to start over with whoever's left is kind of bleak, as plans go. But then, I only know what I've been taught, I guess. Things taking as long as they take, though.. it doesn't seem like a healthy standpoint to take.

I know there's not much you can do, but I mean the uppers.

Which brings me to the biggest update yet. From my anonymous poster who alerted me about UrOnlineBiz review (thank you for the info).

Let me try and break their review down.

The admin of PTC Guardian published screenshots of his bux-account showing that after converting a fraction of his balance into ads he ended up getting a negative balance of $-1,078. The forum moderators and admin started shouting that that's impossible and that the PTC amin was basically lying. When PtCGuardian Produced the screenshots as proof there were accusations like "Photoshop" and "fake" etc.

Wow, photoshop. Who would of thought of that? And why would someone go through all of that just to make a fake photo? Bux.to, do you think people need photoshop to prove that bux.to is a scam? Once again, why is it always the member who has to prove bux.to wrong when it should be the other way around? You people haven't showed us squat! When the PTC Guardian admin announced that he would publish the password to his bux-account so that ANYONE could log in and see for themselves, the bux staff finally had a heads up and looked in the issue properly. It turned out the PTCGuardian was right, there was a serious mess up with his account and the cockiest bux forum moderator who had promised free ads to PTC Guardian, if she was proven wrong, had to pay for PTC Guardians ads out of her own pocket. Well that's what she claimed she would do...but surprise surprise, PTC guardian still didn't get the ads and still the account balance in negative. Oh this is interesting. And spiderwoman thinks this is going away? It will be great to see the owner... oops....I mean spiderwoman to make due on her promises. The "cockiest" staff member now has to eat crow and deliver. Will she? Like I say, only time will tell. We sympathize with PTC Guardian. In the future we recommend not only taking screenshots when producing evidence/proof like this but to also use a video tool and create a video where you login to your account and show the balance; a great way to make the doubters shut up and to not have to listen to accusations like "photoshop" Here is a video from MYPTCSite that shows a negative balance at bux.to.

I know it is a shame it has come down to this. Where you have to take video clips of your accounts and your findings just to prove your point. When bux.to hasn't prove squat to us.

Recently AMC claimed my postings on this blog is "falsified". Which is a bunch of bull. I took video shots of her Azerty Money maker site as well. Because I knew sooner or later she would come down with the "falsified" excuse.

Interpol was notified of bux.to actions over a month ago and even though it will take time at least we know that bux.to is under investigation. Reporting to Interpol hand nothing to do with the case of PTC Guardian but with the fact that thousands of members has not been paid and lost loads of money. In fact it was not even PTC Guardian who reported bux.to to Interpol, it was staff from MYPTCSite.com.

MyPTCSite staff believe that they will never get paid what they have in their bux to accounts so basically they have nothing to lose by reporting, but it will most likely be a very interesting reading when justice is finally brought to the members who never got paid.

Interpol is being very quiet about the details around bux.to but it seems that bux at one point registered a "mail-box-company" in the west indies to transfer their money there. Later on the money hs been moved around and spread out in bank accounts and payment processors. Yes, we all know that they are not planning to pay. They have no one else to blame now but themselves. They are stalling and trying to get every last cent out of new members. The are out of money. They even owe Alt3rn4tiv3 money for his services. If they can't pay him, then why would we think they could pay us?

The Line Of Accusations:

Mainly this case is about scam but Interpol also investigates the taxes and salaries of those who work for bux.to; forum administrators, moderators, support staff and so on. Some salaries have been paid but Interpol says they have reason to believe that there are also tax issues here. Oh great. The old Al Capone loop hole. Either way, they are doomed. Governments hate it when you play the "Tax Evasion" game. Everyone knows about their "office" in Dominica. The building of 1000 businesses. Mostly scams and businesses trying to escape from paying their taxes.

Even if the bux owner would pay the people who reported to Interpol, there will still be tax issues and that sort of crime is in the hands of governments. Our guess is that no matter what happens, the bux.to owner is about to have a very bad year.

Hurricane? Well...not exactly. After reading this entry, you will understand.

New discoveries and screen shots of spiderwoman and her indecent behavior on a another "PUBLIC" forum was found. The information can be found on another blog - Blog en español - Bux2sux. There you will find pictures and screen captures of spiderwoman from other forums that spiderwoman has used.

For those who who don't know about the splinterwoman blogs please refer to our previous post about spiderwoman and her alternate identity.

If you are not convinced that this is Bux.to's Administrator-Spiderwoman, then let me try to break it down for you.

Recently bux.to's administrator spiderwoman claimed that the previous blogs "Splinterwoman" and "Prebicho" was in fact from another person who was posing as spiderwoman. She also claims this is from a person by the name of "Hugo" and that he is currently in a mental hospital. Her and bux.to's Administrator alt3rn4tiv3 claim that they are trying to get them taken down, but due to this person being unavailable, there is no way for them to remove these blogs.

Could it be that she knows I have screen captures posted on this blog? The removal of the blog would not suffice ... since the information has been captured in its entirety. Which explains why bux.to's Administrator "alt3rn4tiv3" was trying to get our blog entry on those blogs to be removed.

Is this another "Hugo" invention? The screen captures are overwhelmingly and are saying a big fat NO....

There are several screen captures taken and posted on Blog en español - Bux2sux. Mainly from 2 different forums/chat rooms that Spiderwoman has used. On one, Casa Dominicana, you will see that Spiderwoman has posted 805 times!

If in fact this is Hugo, then why in the world would someone post so many times on a forum, just to be posing as someone else? 805 times? I find the "Hugo" excuse to be absurd if not made up.

On these forums you will see Spiderwoman using obscene language while flirting with other men.

Here is the second forum Elcorito.com. Once again. This member has a lot of postings. On this forum spidey is seen posting vulgar posts and porn. As you can see from the upcoming screen shots.

You might say. So what. People do this all the time. OK, I can deal with that, and I do not look down on her for posting this or for her sexuality. But from what we are suppose to believe is that this is not her and this is someone else posting in her place. This is another lie.

So if she is posting this garbage on these forums then why is she claiming the spinterwoman blog is made up by someone else? Just to put things into perspective here are some of the translations of her posts.

Case in point, the PTC Guardian reveiw that was recently released. To make a long story short, PTC Guardian was the last PTC review site that was giving bux.to high praise. Until they found out what it is like to be a Bux.to member and what it is like having to deal with Spiderwoman. PTC guardian received a negative balance after they converted their balance to ads, which went amok when the conversion was made. PTC Guardian complained about their negative balance, and in return they received the same treatment as any other bux.to member would receive. The your wrong and I am right line. Here spider's reply to PTC Guardian problem:

"there is NO WAY to get a negative balance in a bux.to account. If this really happened the way he explains (I have reasons to doubt it), I would personally pay for 5,000 views to his site."

Later, PTC guardian posted a screen shot of their negative balance. Seems like whenever things go wrong, it is always the bux.to member having to prove bux.to wrong rather than bux.to proving us wrong. Which we all know they have failed to do. After the screen shots were posted spiderwoman had to come forward and apologize for treating PTC guardian like she does all members. You know...the "your wrong, I'm right" attitude.

So now we are back were we started. Who is Hugo and why is spiderwoman laying the blame on him? If he is in a mental institution, he would make the perfect target to put the blame on. Sound familiar? The blame game. Ahh...Yes, we all know it all so well. Bux.to is very good at diverting the blame onto someone else. Everything is starting to come together now.

If there ever was a name, to name a hurricane, it should be called Bux.to, and not Hugo. Because we all know to flee when we hear the name bux.to

Bux.to has done it again! Members continue to be paid out of sequence!

Recently a petition was created by Bux.to's Administrator alt3rn4tiv3. At the end of the month he plans to give this to bux.to's owner. Sounds great! Or does it? These lists have been made on bux.to's forum before, one after another and nothing was done. A person can easily get the lists and print them out.

So why would this petition be any different? Anyone with a pair of eyes in their head can read the forum and could tell if there was a problem. If the owner of bux.to was concerned about petitions and payouts they would have seen this through the forum. And we all know the owners have access to the forum.

The reasoning behind this petition, is that it was suggested that the forum wouldn't be as conclusive as this petition. However when you go to sign this petition you can see its flaws at the get go. As you can see from the screen capture from bellow, member ewarddy was moved ahead of others.

While those who have been waiting a lot longer are under his name. This is not the first time that edwarddy has been put ahead of others . Back in October he was paid because Spiderwoman had his payment sent through. The same person who claims she has no control over payments. On top of that, the bux.to spanish forum has seen a increase in payouts as well.

Could this be a sign of favoritism? I will leave that up to bux.to members to decide.

Note: I do not lay the fault at Edwarddy/Vito, but at bux.to. After all Edwarddy has every right to fight for what is his.

Another problem with the petition is when you try and make a entry, it wont take it. Page went blank after you hit the sign button. You can try hitting enter, or the sign button. Still no confirmation. Many other members on the forum stated this as well.

Update: In order to make your entry go in you can not use any special characters. Letters and numbers only.

Then the most important thing of all. Why is the petition being kept on the down low? Why are they keeping it such a secret? If alt3rn4tiv3 objective is to get the owner to start paying his members...then why isn't this in the news section on bux.to. I remember in my previous conversation with alt3rn4tiv he stated that I was confusing buxbb.com and bux.to. However when you look in the top left hand corner, both still say bux.to.

So, why isn't this on the front page of bux.to? At the least, it should be a sticky. Then on top of that spiderwoman acts like she doesn't know who is the person behind the petition. Spider, are you serious? Do you expect us to believe that? I was PMed by Alt and in these PMs he clearly stated he was behind the petition. So why is the spider acting like she doesn't know?

These are nothing but games and stalling from bux.to. Do not be fooled by bux.to or their staff. They like to toy with members as if it is a game.

So what have we learned?

If you beg enough and kiss some serious bux.to butt you will be paid. No matter where you are at on the payout date.

You know things are bad when staff members have to start a petition to get their boss to pay it's members.

Bux.to's Mods and staff continue to cry foul, and play that same sad tune. Claiming that they are unfairly portrayed on blogs and videos. Yet they still approve and support this scamming website called Bux.to. A sad story indeed.

What has changed is the "we are not paid !" line that was being used in the past. It seems that the news about the bonus was true. They say it was an anniversary bonus. If it was the "Bux.to Anniversary" then that puts it right when payments were starting slip, and members were not getting paid. They proclaim it was not much, but for many members I am sure that is a slap to the face. Especially when you have not seen one cent from this web site.

I found a post very interesting today from moderator AMC and I quote:

There are pictures of me on that blog too, taken from my forum avater and I know my online storage got unwanted visit to see if there were more to find because on my avatar picture I wear a chador, so that's not very satisfying for them because you see only my eyes.

But despite that, and despite the idiotic nonsense they post there about me, it is mostly targeting SPIDERWOMAN and in the most scandalous indecent way you can try to hit someone, hiding behind supposed anonymity like the real cowards they are

Interesting. I have photobucket. I don't understand how she thinks her PUBLIC album received a unwanted visit? You can't track hits or IP addresses through photobucket from your account. Unless you are sitting from a photobucket office, how did you come up with this conclusion?

Let's stop beating around the bush. You and bux.to know who I am. So the "you are a coward" card doesn't play well. Especially when we both know how I got your pictures, and how you know I got them. Frankly I do not care who or what you look like. I already know what you look like. An older lady with gray short hair. So that theory of me trying to find out what you look like is busted. I would have used the picture with you in the Chador and used Spiderwoman's blog photo if I wanted to. But, I don't care about that.

So now it comes to it. We must ask ourselves...hmmm.... how does AMC know that I saw her PUBLICLY listed photobucket album? Especially way before the videos were even made.

I will not release this information. At least not yet. But I can tell you this, Bux.to already knows who I am. The only reason why they wont come forward...is because of the method of how they obtained that information. Especially before the videos and blogs were made.

Death Threats & Hate

Lately bux.to mods Spiderwoman and AMC have claimed they have received death threats. Let me try to make this as clear as I can. In no way shape or form have I made death threats toward any bux.to staff or moderators. No amount of money in the world is worth taking a human life.

I do not know how these two come up with this stuff, but taking your life or finding out where you live is not my motive. I could care less...you could be sitting with your laptop at the north pole for all I care. It's just not my thing. Plus taking your life is not going to get everyone their money back. Nor is it going to solve the overall problem with PTCs and scamming web sites. The only objective is to expose the lies of bux.to and their staff. PERIOD.

Also, I read that someone seems to think one of my videos had a round about way of making a death threat. Oh Please. Know your super hero characters before you come to such conclusion. First off it is a can of raid, which kills insects and not humans. Also you can see spiderman's arm hanging out of a doorway. If you actually watched the video it shows spiderman and then at the end he kills himself because of the spoof pictures. Lame... I know but that is my sense of humor, and obviously someone shares the same sense of humor because the picture with a can of raid was taken from google image search.

Which now brings me to the implications of "hate". I found another forum board discussing my videos and blog on a religious forum. This person claims that he is a friend of AMC. On this forum he challenges all Muslims to stand up and help him to bring me down, because he says I am hater. He later explains the video with miss piggy wearing a niqab. Now, to an average person I am sure you would be very confused and would think this is about hate. And I am sure AMC is very good at getting people to think this. But most of us know why miss piggy was portrayed in such a manner.

If AMC was offended because an imaginary character of the likes of miss piggy, and because she was wearing a niqab, then she needs to ask herself why would she associate herself with the character in the first place. Now miss piggy cannot wear certain things? We all know AMC was sporting a miss piggy avatar. Then back to back displaying an avatar of a woman wearing a chador. I did not want to show the real and actual people involved in my videos so I used other means. Once again, search google images and you will see. Take AMC and Miss Piggy and combine them and there you have it.

If you think it is because I hate Muslims or Islam, think again. You are barking up the wrong tree. I have a half brother who is in fact a Muslim and was born and raised in Irbid, Jordan. I would be ashamed to think I was a type of person who was making hate videos about Islam and Muslims. Again, just not my thing. And we all know what the videos were about. I can care less if you are Wiccan, a Scientologist, Christian, Muslim and any other creed. It is what it is, a depiction of a woman who likes to twist and turn things around to her benefit.

If I offended the Muslim community than I am truly sorry, for that was not my intent. But I will not apologize to AMC. She knows
the reasoning behind these videos and why they were made. For her to try and incite a mob to take action against me is just as bad as condoning a web site that scams people.

Her and Spiderwoman sit there and play dumb and play games with people who have invested a lot of money into bux.to. They will give you the same dreary story. " we are not paid"... " we have helped so many"... and so on.

Seriously, ask yourselves this. If you were volunteering on web site and you had death threats aimed at you, continuously, would you stick around? If you truly believe that the threat was real, would you defend a company of the likes of bux.to? I question this mentality, because I recollect reading a post from a member who said they have found information about them receiving a Christmas Bonus. If in fact that is genuine, it would explain a lot. I would love to get my hands on that information. And if it was ever confirmed it would look very, very bad for bux.to. Especially when so many members have not been paid, yet they can take time and pay their moderators and other staff members? It explains why Spiderwoman and AMC believe in bux.to so much. When money is involved some people will do the strangest things. Just like death threats.

As I said before I do not endorse these death threats. However, some people have put so much money towards this scam, it could mean life or death for some. Like medical bills, able to put food on the table and so on. I hope no one would invest so much that it would come down to that, but from what I have read in the past, it sure looks like some have. And with this poor global economy that we now have, it sure is not going to get better.

Bux.to needs to be careful from here on forth. The angry mob is starting to circle them, and they have no one else to blame but themselves. Pay your members and honor you side of the deal that was made. Protect your staff and support them by doing what you said you would do. It is only fair for everyone sake.

I would like to thank those who have emailed me and shared their stories with me. Also to those who finally realized that bux.to was a scam, and said there were going to invest until they read my blog and saw my videos. I was glad to hear that I prevented another person from being scammed by bux.to. And for the rest of us, let this be an experience we can learn from and hope we do not make the same mistake twice.

Personal Attacks vs Scamming People

Here is my break down of the "Personal Attacks" thread.

It has come to my attention that there are personal attacks being carried out on various blogs and videos specifically on Nattymoo, AMC and SPIDERWOMAN.

If you think that by doing this, you're anything more than a cyberbully / troll, that you're working towards a greater objective, please think again

alt3rn4tiv3, the objective has already been captured. Your endeavors alone confirm this. The over all objective was to warn people and expose bux.to. That embodies, the company, staff and any other actions bux.to takes against or for its members. Whether it is by not paying its members, banning forum members, censoring members, and so forth.

Bux.to is paying you late, or maybe you've convinced yourself that Bux.to is never going to pay you ever. But that's Bux.to, not any one of the three ladies.

I find it hard to believe that you are convinced that this is all about one person. When in fact we are talking about thousands of members who have lost a lot of money through bux.to. If not more.

These three ladies that you have declared as victims of personal attacks ... are part of the problem if not behind the bux.to scheme. Their influence is what keeps the bux.to machine going. They are the mouth piece of Bux.to . They continue to support and defend bux.to to its inevitable grave. Other forum mods have not shown as much passion as these three have. They continue to show their avid support towards bux.to and reassure any member that thinks other wise.

What I find bothersome is that bux.to would be using staff and mods as their pawns. While they sit and do nothing and benefit from it.

Ask yourselves this, if your company was under attack and if you truly believe in your heart that you was doing the right thing. Would you have stepped up to the plate by now? Would you let your staff take the heat for you? Or would you coward and hide behind your staff while they defend your company.

Or perhaps Debbie or George does not exists. John, Jane..or whomever these fictional characters that bux.to may create. Maybe the owners have already been heard and seen. We just don't recognize them. After all they are the only ones that are speaking and stepping up. I know! Science Fiction and theories. All you have to do is read between the lines and you will see it.

Either the owners are cowards and likes hiding behind their staff, or it is one of you. Plain and simple.

They did not conduct any form of personal attack against any of the members (if they have and they went unchecked, please let me know). They did not make fun of any members' usernames and they certainly did not contribute to your non-payment to date (i.e. they have not scammed you). All they have done (with countless evidences in the form of emails sent) is to try to get every one of you paid and solving your issues. Those orders that fall through the cracks, those payments that are more overdue than the rest (harhar.. sad but true..), the lists are all consolidated by SPIDERWOMAN and Nattymoo and followed up by them as well.

Their attacks on members and censoring members is enough. They say it isn't personal when if fact they have made it so. I have been watching these 3 "ladies" for quite some time. I can not believe the power trip they are on. They will close down threads for stating the obvious and many countless other postings. Here is just one example

" you and I are one we both invested, yet we are here looking like ducks on a murky pond waiting to be slaughtered"

I believe this person was banned for stating this. An obvious observation and your beloved mods and staff abuse their powers because it doesn't sit well or agree with them. Why I can not say. Maybe my assumptions are correct. They are, or have a part in the ownership. They take it as if it was a personal attack on them. When this was stating the obvious.

You may say to take it out on bux.to and not the mods. I say the mods and staff need to take it out on the owners and not on its members. Mods close threads and make smart alec remarks toward members without them being able to respond or defend themselves. Abusive and out right dirty. One will come behind and close the thread and will say something about the member's post. Then another mod will come right behind the other Mod and put her two cents in. It is conniving and disrespectful towards others.

Then on top of that they tell the forum members to take it somewhere else, or open your own site. Well, that's exactly what I did. You asked for it.

Also, these so called payments that have fallen through the cracks, are starting to become a habit day by day. I would say huge cracks and not small. Too many have gone unpaid for anyone to fall for this excuse. It doesn't take a year to investigate a payment. All you have to do is look at forum member imperator2030 and see this.

If you are unsatisfied with them, the least you could do is to express it maturely, not create defamation videos and write scandalous personal attacks at them. It's not just immature - it's rude and inhumane and I certainly do not condone such actions.

Surely your not talking about bux.to forum and PMs. Members have tried that. It does not work. Thread Closed ... Question Answered

Now you see how it feels when the person you are trying to have a conversation with tries to have the last word and throws threats towards you if you try asking the same question and deems it as re posting, spam, or chatter. Since you brought up my maturity, I think bux.to needs to be mature enough and take responsibility for what they have done. And pay their members. Stop pointing fingers at other companies (e.g. Alertpay, The Planet, Paypal...and so on).

These videos are there as tool and to expose bux.to for what it is. A scam! No real people were used in those videos and with no real names. So spare me the "making fun of screennames" bit.

Please remove all the offensive material in 2 days. Failure to do so will result in my own personal investigation into it.

Offenders will have their payments denied and accounts suspended.

Well I am glad to see you have the authority and man power to do this. Too bad Bux.to can't do this when it comes to paying people.

Do you actually think I am worried about my account or my payment? I have given up on my payment months ago! Sorry, I don't care about my payout or my account. It has been worthless from day one. This little blackmail scheme wont work on me.

I say this again - if you write / make videos / photos about Bux.to's late payments, I cannot fault you. But when you stoop to a level of making personal attacks at the staff who have no control over the payments, you have overstepped the boundaries.

If anyone thinks that I am wrong in saying so and doing so, please let me know.

Once again, the staff that were involved have made comments about payments that makes me question their involvement and motives. Spiderwoman claimed, and I quote

"If I was at the payment area or owner, I would pay those who never complained at first, and would pay all balance, not the request. To those who have complain, I'd have a nice plan for you."

So what do you expect us to believe? Antagonizing members about their payments, that is not cool. Many of these members have invested thousands of dollars into this company. You do not play games when it comes to people and their money.

Then on top of that you threaten to void my payment? Strange how when a fire is lit, everyone all the sudden goes into action. Nevertheless, I do not care about my payment, I know it is long gone.

I will say this. Bux.to and their staff went too far. And now I am pushing back. I'd be dam, if I will sit back and watch them lure in new members to toy with and play games with.

After receiving the info on Spiderwoman, I decided to do a little more in depth research of my own. Just to see if I can find anymore info on this so called Splinterwoman. I found some pages with a person going by the name of Splinterwoman, but nothing that was conclusive as the blogs were. The foul language was still there, but irrelevant to what I was looking for.

I did come across a interesting page. A web page called Azerty Money Maker (site taken down). It is a blog about different PTC sites, a obvious attempt to try to get referrals sign ups. What got my attention is when I moved my mouse over the bux.to banner the referral name came up as amcamc - aka AMC - Bux.to Forum Mod

OK, so what?

Then when I scrolled to the very top of the page the very first banner was TakeTheGlobe.
Still saying "so what!" ?

For those who don't know TakeTheGlobe is ran by bux.to member "TakingNames". This person did a investigation on bux.to's ownership and released his findings on the internet. From his investigation he found out a convicted scammer/fraud is tied with bux.to. Going by the name of David John Withers .

Soon after the information was released, Spiderwoman and other bux.to staff claimed TakingNames was using this info to promote TakeTheGlobe. Maybe so, or maybe not.

My point is, if you accuse someone of lie then why in the world is a mod promoting their web site? AMC was clearly one of the mods who would speak out against talking about the topic and would close threads if you mentioned it. Bux.to's cleaning lady, as she would say.

So, is this a "Do as I say, and not as I do" moment?

Don't get me wrong, do what you like. People sign up to more than one site all the time. Although, I find it absurd for a moderator to label members as science fiction writers for discussing the David Withers scandal. Then you turn around and sign yourself up on the TakeTheGlobe web site?

For those of you who still saying "so what!"... then why was the Azerty Money Making blog taken down in such a short time after I discovered this? Hmm...? From what I am finding out, I am not impressed. The pieces are starting to come together, it all explains why bux.to is the way they are.

Administrators and Moderators tend to think they are smarter than their members, when if fact they are just a PTC moderator who is on a head trip and need to be taken down a notch.

For crying out loud, you are apart of a company that has scammed people out of their money, and you continue to stand by it? If the tables were turned and it was me in your position there would be no way in hell that I would be able to sleep at night, knowing that I am helping a company scam innocent people. You can point at the TOS all you want, but when you read between the lines it still says "We don't have to pay you." And that my friend is a dishonest and unethical way to run a business.

It has recently been brought to my attention that Bux.to's Administrator SpiderWoman has another nickname that she uses online. My anonymous source, which I will not reveal, sent me a link to a blog of a person who goes by the name of SplinterWoman. At first I laughed and thought it was just another bux.to member trying to be funny. Until I viewed SplinterWoman's blog:

You say coincidence? Are members trying too hard to make the connection? Lets look at this probability from what we know.

The pictures are alike - The hands to the face, shape of the faces, and the eyes...ect
Both claiming to be from Dominica Republic
Both claim they live in Germany
Both like to be mods on forums
Both have the name Woman as part of their nickname (SpiderWoman - SplinterWoman)
Both are married and have kids
The list goes on and on...

The only characteristics that are not alike is the posting. The foul language used in these blogs are sickening. Yet a forum mod isn't suppose to show their true colors on forums, so that is probably why we have not seen this type of language.

The blogs are in Spanish, so those of you who don't speak Spanish will have to use a online translator. I recommend google. NOTE: Google, Yahoo, and other translators sometimes makes mistakes in their translations. So the translation will not be correct word for word, but you will get an idea of what is being said.

I am sure the blog will be taken down shortly, if in fact it is Spiderwoman on these blogs. Only time will tell. Here are the links that were given to me:

Recently, I have been thinking of ways to spread the word about bux.to and how they have failed to pay their members. So I have come up with the idea of posting videos on Youtube about bux.to's shortcomings. We will continue to post and make videos about bux.to until they pay their members.

They may be silly, or stupid from time to time (or every time), but they will serve their purpose. By warning others to stay clear of bux.to !

Bux.to is still claiming that they have done nothing wrong, although most members have not been paid for almost a year if not more.

Bux.to Continues To Play Hopscotch Over Member's Payments

Payouts still remain the number one issue at Bux.to. As I search through the bux.to forum to find any life (if any) in the "Success Story" section, I come across a post from a member (imperator2030) who has been waiting for his payout since January 17 of 2008.

Imperator2030 is a premium member who should have received his payout within 30 business days from his requested payout date. This member has been waiting over 13 months, yet bux.to staff have failed to give him a answer as to why he has not received his payout.

Bux.to should be ashamed on how they have conducted themselves and how they choose to run their business. Imperator2030, is just one of thousands of members who have not received their payout. The few members that are paid, are paid out of sequence and ahead of members who have been waiting the longest. Standard members are being paid in front of premium members, as if there were no distinction between the two. As per the TOS

We will endeavour to process and issue your payment via AlertPay or Bux.to card within 30 business days for premium and 60 business days for standard members

So now bux.to members are asking why bux.to isn't honoring their TOS. If members are expected to follow the TOS to the "T", then why isn't bux.to being held to the same standard? If you look at the payouts that are made the majority are to standard members who have requested a payout of $10. Bux.to is working hard to gain standard members trust, since they have lost their trust from Premium Members. From bux.to actions, you can tell that they are abandoning the Premium Member Ship in hopes of turning Standard members into newly paying premium members. Get rid of the old, and bring in the new!

The discussion about Bux.to decaying funds has brought some to wonder if this is the reason behind bux.to new payout system. After all premium members tend to buy large ref packages and have the largest amounts of pending payouts. Why pay them if they are not going to return? Ahh..the pieces are starting to come together.

Many members have threaten to sue or file claims against bux.to. However bux.to staff and forum mods point to the TOS and claim bux.to members don't have a leg to stand on. These are the same mods who claim they have legal backgrounds or have pursued their studies in law. As if bux.to members are suppose to believe that a PTC mod would know what they are talking about when it comes to international law and internet crimes.

So now we are back at the question members are asking over and over, "when are we going to be paid"? Mods and staff will answer with CTRL+C & CTRL+V answer, and act as if nothing is wrong. It is only a glitch.

Case in point, read what mod AMC copies and pastes when members ask about payouts:

For a very long time we have a huge backlog in pending payments. Auditing and payment staff are working towards solving the problem, but it can take some time still until all of the backlog is paid.

A true Bux.to supporter this bux.to mod is. Will defend it, no matter what. The question is why? It has recently been reported by another member who posted some info on the forum, that mods and other staff members received a bonus a few months back. During a time when bux.to members waited for their past due payouts. Funny how money can change a person's perspective. I am sure if members were paid in a timely fashion like a bux.to mod then their perspective would change as well. Mods and staff are paid while members like Imperator2030 continues to wait for his payout along with other countless members.

So the game of hopscotch is afoot. Who will receive a payout next? If any!

Forum Updates - Bux.to Problems & Member's Patience Grows Thin

A busy day on the forum for both Mods and Members. Threads were closed left and right, while members are wondering why they should even bother posting on the forum. The forum has become a poor outlet ran by a handful of mods who take part in keeping the bux.to scheming machine well oiled. By closing threads and moving them out of the public's view. By hiding them, bux.to can easily snare the next bux.to victim.

As I watch this dance unfold, members and mods battle over payments. Mods tell little or give a copy and paste answers. SPIDERWOMAN, is still singing the same song.

"Hahahahahahaha... it's just that I know what's cooking in the bux.to kitchen right now."

Today a post was posted on the forums from a PTCSITE.com, who ranks PTC sites. It was sad to see how mods treated this member, who has given nothing but praise in the past towards Bux.to.

That was until today.

We received a mail today from Reg.net alerting us that our premium subscription to Bux.to was about to expire. Before renewing, we had to check the status of your website. However, we noticed that our payment has been pending since Friday, 11 Apr, 2008. A support ticket regarding this matter did not fetch a response.

We hereby request an explanation regarding the undue delay in processing our payment. We would also like to know if the payment request can be cancelled and our payments refunded.

I'd be glad to take up this issue directly with a mod or admin.

Vpbani & TaichouInkei gave their usual response. The same song and dance about backlogs and waiting times for payouts. So I will not knock them for that since they did it in professional manner. The only two active mods and staff members that still have integrity.

Then along came a SPIDERWOMAN. To no surprise, I must say she never fails when making sarcastic remarks and rude undertones in her replies. I will let you be the judge:

Mr. Ptcsite, you can cancel the renewal of your membership. Just read the forum and get an idea, get your own opinion and take a decision by yourself. We cannot tell you "do it" or "don't". It's your money and you should know if it's convenient for you or not.

An idea, I don't think he was looking for an idea. If she actually would read before she spouts off then maybe she would have an idea about what he was asking. I believe it was an explanation for the delay and if he could receive a refund.

I can not believe Bux.to would be so rude to a paying member and who runs a PTC ranking web site. The member posted in a respectful manner and I believe they should receive a respectful reply. After all this is a potential PR and advertising moment that bux.to can not afford to lose.

Yes, this is how they treat their members. Members who have paid thousands of dollars of dues and fees. Who brought bux.to to their height of success by referring family and friends. And this is how they are treated?

So we are back to the one question that mods and other bux.to members are asking. Why bother? Because members care. They will not let you get away with this. Not if they can help it. They will not sit on their hands nor will they take it bending over while bux.to continues with their scheme. You can try to silence them by closing your threads and moving them out of the public's eyes, but the truth will always prevail. Your actions or lack of actions have already proven this. You have ran out of excuses my friend, and the time has come for you to make due on what is owed to your members.

Someone once said that you can judge a country by the way they treat their people. I wonder if that goes hand in hand with the relationship of a business owner and it's customer. I am sure only time will tell, but I am pretty sure we already know the answer.

Lately at Bux.to the mods Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum
(aka : AMC & SPIDERWOMAN) are closing threads created by members due to negative comments about bux.to. God forbid if you express your feelings about bux.to on this forum. After all members have been waiting over a year for payouts. What did you expect?

So I feel I have no option but to post what these mods are doing on this forum.

From Bux.to paying member: you and I are one. we both invested, yet we are here looking like sitting ducks on a murky pond. waiting to be slaughtered.

The message changed from saying in a very decent way that you thought people should beware to blatant accusations and putting other kind of message in. The bandwidth paid by bux.to is not your personal plattform to accuse bux.to of things they are not.

Thread closed. To open another one or complain about this one being closed will end up in banning you from the forum with NO RETURN.

I hate to tell her this, but it was bux.to members who paid for the bandwidth not bux.to. Bux.to members should have every right to use the forum to express them selves as the above member did.

SPIDERWOMAN, sometimes comes off as a drama queen. To say that she has received complaints about this member's post is totally ridiculous if not fabricated.

No surprise there. And of course paying members can not reply or have a say on this. For those who don't know the Suggestion and Feedback section is not viewable to the public. Unlike some areas of the forum. Like the Success Stories.

A few days ago a member posted a success story stating he/she was paid. However the dates did not match up. So members questioned this and of course bux.to and its staff were not pleased with the questions. Another tactic to silence members. Also, shortly after the bux.to main web site on the front page displayed this post. Just shows how desperate they are to show that the are actually paying its members. When in fact they know they are not. As of today the latest proof of payout was last updated on January 26, 2009. Of course these could easily be fabricated as well.

I feel obligated to shed some light on the scheme of bux.to (a PTC site). For those who have already come in contact with Bux.to probably already know to stay clear of this PTC scheming web site.. This notice is not for the informed but for uninformed.

Like you, I was a traffic exchange user. It is the cheapest way to promote certain web sites. Some are successful and many are not that successful. Bux.to was a success and a easy site to promote on traffic exchange. Many were sucked into bux.to promises. I am one of them.

When you first sign up on bux.to you are told you can make easy money without spending any money. As they have described on their main page:

Earnings Example
» You click 10 ads per day = $0.10
» 20 referrals click 10 ads per day = $2.00
» Your daily earnings = $2.10
» Your weekly earnings = $14.70
» Your monthly earnings = $63.00

Sounds great? This is how you get drawn into buying refs. Bux.to offers ref packages that you can buy. Then after you have bought those refs you receive credit for every ad that they click. Sounds too good to be true? Here is the kicker, after a certain amount of time those refs will die or stop clicking, and all at the same time. Usually within 300 clicks. However, Bux.to will tell you it is just a coincidence and that they wouldn't dare sell fake refs.

Now I bring you to the "requesting a payout" process. The most important part and the reason why you are visiting their site.

According to their Terms Of Service, premium members (for a fee of $59) can request a payout and be paid within 30 business days. And standard members are to be paid within 60 business days. Fair enough. You can have payout request be paid to you through Alert Pay or on a Payoneer Card. Note Payoneer Card is only available for Premium Membership. Another scheme to get your money.

So you wait for your payout, and wait, and wait....For some, a payout is received. GREAT!! But this was when bux.to was just starting out, and when they actually paid their members. Now days, the wait time is 1 year and counting for premium membership. That's right, 1 year and still waiting....For some, die hard Bux.to fans this is ok. They consider bux.to like a bank account. Good for them. For the majority, this is unacceptable. Especially for those who have put in thousands and thousands of dollars into this site. They and like so many others are victims of this online scheme. Bux.to has a forum to discuss Bux.to and other related discussions. However, bux.to mods and admin like to demonize their members. If you dare speak or utter the word SCAM. You are banned. If you argue with a Mod you are banned. Mods tend to think everyone is out to get them, when in fact it has nothing to do with them. Yes, the world does not revolve around you. There I said it! Since buxto policy is not to give any information or keep members updated we are forced to express ourselves to the closest thing we have to a bux.to representative.

As of now, the only thing members can do is take it and shut up. We are laughed at if we give our assessment of the problem and treated like a "science fiction writer" as one mod would put it. We were told to take our theories some place else. If that's what you want to call them. So here I am. Spreading my word and the word of many other Bux.to victims. Do not be fooled by these PTC sites. Bux.to or any other. Stick to your gut feeling..."If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is."
