Bux.to's Propaganda

Sunday, May 3, 2009

Bux.to is spreading their Propaganda to the max. Either by their sad little forum, at buxcontest.com. Or through buxbb.com. And yes, they are banning people left and right who state the truth. Bux.to has turned into the PTC bully. Calling out members who state the truth and ask about their payment. By stating their bux.to account name in their reply. Well, bux.to, you can stick my account up your ass, because I could care less as of now. I know the real bux.to, you can't fool me.

Bux.to "owner" acts like he is back and in full force. The truth is, they have always been around. We know who the owners are. Making fake accounts under another name isn't going to hide who you are. Your replies are short and vague. Only because you know you have more than one forum account, and if you say too much we will know who is the poser. I guess it is not so obvious to the average Joe, but you can't fool me.

You would have us believe that "Support" and "Dave51" show up on the same day? After a long period of not showing your faces? Like I said a picture is worth a thousands words...

You don't pay, so why the
"I know your bux.to account name!" game?

Only thing you just proved is that you are a bully who goes after people who state the truth about your scamming site. One day you are going to scam the wrong person...what goes around comes around. Remember that.

Also, today a member open up a thread and told others that Payoneer is dropping bux.to.

So, what did AMC do after the proof was shown? Closed and deleted it entirely. Here is the link of the thread that was once available.
http://buxbb.com/index.php?s=&showtopic=53254&view=findpost&p=480059

Luckily we have some members who are on their toes and copied what she said
(again, thanks to the one who caught it, you know who you are)

Read what she says, and I quote:

Oh well, that is surely reason why buxcards are send out and why cardholders get paid on their card.

really, if you come up with conspiracy theories, you must invent better ones. Not ot say that payoneer staff is bound to keep contract details with clients secret.

Post your libel elsewhere and thank me for not banning you.

Closed.
That is strange. Then how does she explain people being paid to Alertpay rather than the card. If you want to talk about reason, why is bux.to selling a prepaid card, that is FREE? If you go to the yourbuxcard.com and do a test run, you will see that the sign up is done through swreg.org, bux.to's payment processor. Not PAYONEER??!

I remember very vividly, that when I registered for the card It went through payoneer's site, not swreg! On top of that, you are required to enter you personal information on Payoneer. Like Social Security numbers and proof of who you are. So how is bux.to able to do this without gathering the info? It looks like bux.to is violating the USA PATRIOT Act, and on top of that reselling something that is free. Sounds like FRAUD to me.

Procedures for Opening a New Account

Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. This important measure is taken to help the government combat funding for terrorism as well as money laundering activities.

From Payoneer TOS:

3. Information Needed to Obtain Your Card
The USA PATRIOT Act is a federal law that requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account. When you open a Card Account, we will ask for: (1) your name; (2) address; (3) date of birth; and (4) other information that will allow us to identify you. To continue ongoing compliance and validation, we may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents after the card has been issued.

So back to the thread that amc, closed after a member to showed proof that Payoneer is dropping bux.to ...Amc closed the thread after showing proof. I belive in their Forum Terms of Service is says, and once again, a picture for you:

Mmmkay...and what do they do when this happens? Well they banned, like hotrod after he showed proof. And now AMC is threatening to do the same thing to another person? And what does she call it? "Post your libel elsewhere and thank me for not banning you.". You see, these people don't have a clue and once again a law student doesn't know the definition of libel. Dear, AMC, let me get you the definition for you. Since you are struggling to understand.

Main Entry:
1li·bel Listen to the pronunciation of 1libel
Pronunciation:
\ˈlī-bəl\
Function:
noun
Etymology:
Middle English, written declaration, from Anglo-French, from Latin libellus, diminutive of liber book
Date:
14th century
1 a: a written statement in which a plaintiff in certain courts sets forth the cause of action or the relief sought barchaic : a handbill especially attacking or defaming someone2 a: a written or oral defamatory statement or representation that conveys an unjustly unfavorable impression b (1): a statement or representation published without just cause and tending to expose another to public contempt (2): defamation of a person by written or representational means (3): the publication of blasphemous, treasonable, seditious, or obscene writings or pictures (4): the act, tort, or crime of publishing such a libel
Does this look like "Libel" to you? Or without just cause?

I think we have just cause, since we are the ones holding a useless piece of plastic. I rest my case....

Anitidote, this is the second time you have contacted me about this within a hour. What are you trying to prove?

Let it be known, that we have also contacted Payoneer via phone and received the same reply. Payoneer is dropping bux.to.

The evidence is clear. Payoneer of course feels obligated to hide this now due to whatever contractual issues that they and bux.to had.

So I guess you are saying Payoneer staff was lying before? Both on the phone and via web conference? Two different Payoneer staff saying the same thing. And now after we released this info, they change their tune? hmmm.... let see...

Bux.to anyone?
