Bux.to's Propaganda
Sunday, May 3, 2009 Bux.to is spreading their Propaganda to the max. Either by their sad little forum, at buxcontest.com. Or through buxbb.com. And yes, they are banning people left and right who state the truth. Bux.to has turned into the PTC bully. Calling out members who state the truth and ask about their payment. By stating their bux.to account name in their reply. Well, bux.to, you can stick my account up your ass, because I could care less as of now. I know the real bux.to, you can't fool me.
Bux.to "owner" acts like he is back and in full force. The truth is, they have always been around. We know who the owners are. Making fake accounts under another name isn't going to hide who you are. Your replies are short and vague. Only because you know you have more than one forum account, and if you say too much we will know who is the poser. I guess it is not so obvious to the average Joe, but you can't fool me.
You would have us believe that "Support" and "Dave51" show up on the same day? After a long period of not showing your faces? Like I said a picture is worth a thousands words...
"I know your bux.to account name!" game?
Only thing you just proved is that you are a bully who goes after people who state the truth about your scamming site. One day you are going to scam the wrong person...what goes around comes around. Remember that. So, what did AMC do after the proof was shown? Closed and deleted it entirely. Here is the link of the thread that was once available.

Luckily we have some members who are on their toes and copied what she said
(again, thanks to the one who caught it, you know who you are)
Read what she says, and I quote:
Oh well, that is surely reason why buxcards are send out and why cardholders get paid on their card. That is strange. Then how does she explain people being paid to Alertpay rather than the card. If you want to talk about reason, why is bux.to selling a prepaid card, that is FREE? If you go to the yourbuxcard.com and do a test run, you will see that the sign up is done through swreg.org, bux.to's payment processor. Not PAYONEER??!
really, if you come up with conspiracy theories, you must invent better ones. Not ot say that payoneer staff is bound to keep contract details with clients secret.
Post your libel elsewhere and thank me for not banning you.
Closed.
I remember very vividly, that when I registered for the card It went through payoneer's site, not swreg! On top of that, you are required to enter you personal information on Payoneer. Like Social Security numbers and proof of who you are. So how is bux.to able to do this without gathering the info? It looks like bux.to is violating the USA PATRIOT Act, and on top of that reselling something that is free. Sounds like FRAUD to me.
Procedures for Opening a New Account
Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. This important measure is taken to help the government combat funding for terrorism as well as money laundering activities.
3. Information Needed to Obtain Your Card
The USA PATRIOT Act is a federal law that requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account. When you open a Card Account, we will ask for: (1) your name; (2) address; (3) date of birth; and (4) other information that will allow us to identify you. To continue ongoing compliance and validation, we may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents after the card has been issued.

So back to the thread that amc, closed after a member to showed proof that Payoneer is dropping bux.to ...Amc closed the thread after showing proof. I belive in their Forum Terms of Service is says, and once again, a picture for you:

Mmmkay...and what do they do when this happens? Well they banned, like hotrod after he showed proof. And now AMC is threatening to do the same thing to another person? And what does she call it? "Post your libel elsewhere and thank me for not banning you.". You see, these people don't have a clue and once again a law student doesn't know the definition of libel. Dear, AMC, let me get you the definition for you. Since you are struggling to understand.
Does this look like "Libel" to you? Or without just cause?

BREAKING NEWS!! | Payoneer Drops Bux.to
Thursday, April 30, 2009
This just in, looks like Payoneer is cutting all their ties with bux.to. We received confrimation from Payoneer that they no longer will be doing business with bux.to
Payoneer seems to be fed up with bux.to for using the Payoneer card to promote Bux.to. For weeks many members have been outraged about bux.to and their yourbuxcard.com - Marketing Staff, pushing the card on all member to buy and purchase this card for 49.95. A card that is provided free of charge by payoneer. I am sure after many complaints payoneer was not happy about their company and services being used as a vessel to scam the general public. Here is what a member was just told by Payoneer staff just moments ago.
RED ALERT - Bux.to finds a new way to scam it's members
Monday, April 20, 2009
Bux.to is using the Payoneer to scam users. Don't be fooled by this new scheme that bux.to has "cooked up". A week ago bux.to released that they were planning to offer the bux.to Payoneer card to all of its members. Standards and Premiums. However, for a hefty price of $49.95. Sounds ridiculous, right? For a piece of plastic that is never used? For a prepaid card? $10 the most.
I have had the card since April of last year, and have yet to use it. Why? Because bux.to doesn't pay. Bux.to can't pay their members but they have the gull to ask members to purchase this card? Are they insane!
Another announcement from bux.to was released today:
still best PTC site in the world...50 prepaid Mastercard contest??? sounds awesome :) bux.to always made a good job... even if they need a long time to pay ... they are still best PTC site in the world... you know ... is better later than never :D
Another good thing that happened to me on Bux.to was when i requested some help from the help service... i asked if i will ever get my requested money... and the were very pleasent and friendly... and explained very well what is the situation. Thanks bux.to !!! spirit9339, Sun Apr 19, 2009 10:43 pm.

Here are some screen shots of one of many bux.to owned sites.

Enter a testimonial? Sounds like they are having some problems with bad press. So what do they do, they come up with a contest and get members to say things that are not true. For a measly $10?
Bux.to, if you wanted "Testimonials" you should have paid your members in the first place! This DAMAGE CONTROL will not work. You have told lie after lie, and now you are trying to get people to lie for you. For $10?
Wow, you sure know how to take advantage of people during hard times. Don't worry, there are some of us that will make sure people will know the truth behind all of this. All they need to do is use their favorite internet search and they will find us and everything that they need.
