Bux.to Sux - An Exposé about Bux.to

Another organization has shown disapproval of bux.to. For us regular members, we all have seen the bux.to charities ad page in our advertisement area. Bux.to continuously reminding us that they give to charities.

Personally, I believe by doing such a deed a person or company should be humble about it. They shouldn't be using it as advertising or a marketing campaign. Especially on a site that is a scam. Charities have a hard enough time to get people to give, especially when it the term scam comes in to play.

So, like all companies that have dealings with bux.to, we contacted them and asked them if they knew about bux.to using their logos and and ads on their site. Well the response is damaging, and here is the reply and screenshot of the email we received from them.

My name is Hugh Linnehan and I am the Corporate Partnerships Manager for SOS-Kinderdorf International, the umbrella organisation for 132 SOS Children?s Villages associations worldwide.

We received your inquiry and are particularly concerned about Bux.to and its use of our logo. We have no record whatsoever of any relationship between Bux.to and any SOS Children?s Villages association. The SOS banner used in the Charity Contributions section of Bux.to?s website http://www2.bux.to/contact.php is from many years ago, and we would not have given Bux.to this emblem.


* I tried contacting Bux.to on their customer service address (and included your name and the nature of your complaint), but the mail was returned as undeliverable because the mailbox was full. My mail was 5 kb in size.
* I am sure you have already looked at articles/blogs about this company?s reputation, and a Google search found some discouraging reports of fraud and scams. Bux.to is purportedly owned by David John Withers, who has been involved with numerous internet scams in the past.
* Through the ?Submit a new ticket? contact portal http://www.buxtosupport.com/index.php?a=add , we have asked Bux.to to immediately remove our logo and any reference to our organisation from their website and any other medium of communication.


We?ll see if these measures are successful; in the meantime, we understand and empathize with your situation, but have no relationship with Bux.to on any level. I am fairly certain the other charities named will have the same response.

I know full name of who did this in an attempt to defame and spread libel. It is one of Chrissie's group.

Alt3rn4tiv3 is a bux.to Administrator that has been up to no good. At first I was giving this fella some slack for being young and caught in the middle of the bux.to drama. Or so we think. Which is not the case. Recently Alt3rn4tiv3 was caught " breaking and entering" into the ChitShack. By hacking into a user's account and using their screen name to gain access to private areas of the forum. Might I add that the user that he used to hack in was a non bux.to member. And has nothing to do with bux.to, and does not participate in the discussions about bux.to. Of course that is until she found out that her account was used and hacked by Alt3rn4tiv3. And she is not happy with Alt3rn4tiv3 or Bux.to. Not one bit.



All of this happened on April 10th. Of course this wasn't the only time that he has done this, he even went as far as admitting this to the owner and saying that he use to access the private areas of the shack daily. After the confession, measures were taken to prevent this happening again.

We also have reason to believe that he tried to access the shack recently in the past few days, and the owner of the Shack claims that he was unsuccessful this time around.

Yes, this is from a staff member at bux.to. The same staff that claim they don't care what goes on "in your little group". Again, their obsession has taken over. Two staff members have shown that they will do anything and everything to gain access to this private area of the Shack. One moderator (AMC) gained screen shots, or should I say "stolen goods" ...from the private areas of the Shack.

I am sure many of you know that Intenze/Maxx was paid within hours after he contacted djwsales@gmail.com, the owner of bux.to. Maxx, is a known member of the private area of the ChitShack. After he was paid, he wouldn't share info and rarely posted, however he was at the Shack for hours. I am sure for exchange for his payment he gave them screen shots of the private forum. A forum that bux.to and staff say they have no concern about.

Again, we have a person trying to break in to view this private area. This time by cracking passwords. Sound familiar? Alt3rn4tiv3, has turned out to be just as obsessed as AMC. You dont' see members hacking into bux.to forum, do you? No offense Alt3rn4tiv3, but you are not the only hacker out there. While I highly advise against such an act, just remember that what you do onto others can very easily be turned against you.

Speaking of turning, it turns out that the buxbb forum is not hosted by who we thought. While looking at bux.to and researching who hosts bux.to I decided to look at who hosts buxbb. Surprisingly the so called "Friend" that is hosting the bux.to forum is Alt3rn4tiv3. I guess the host did have control over those banner ads after all.

So who else does this alt3rn4tiv3@gmail.com have in common with? I did a google search on that email. Come to find out, alt3rn4tiv3 has a couple scam sites of his own. Don't believe me? Do a google search of alt3rn4tiv3@gmail.com. You will see the name Advercash, a well known scamming site.

And whats this??!! Another PTC! Look at the image above. Clickz.me?? Oh dear... So I look that one up and sure enough, another ptc site to his name.

I wouldn't doubt there are others. At any rate, one too many scams that he is involved in. Bux.to and now this? Then there is the hacking into the Shack.

With that said, I feel that this should be known to the public and use caution when dealing with these people. Do not invest or throw your money away on these sites where these people show up on. When dealing with these PTC sites and their crooked staff. They lie, they steal, and deceive you. They are all apart of this elaborate scheme, and by their actions they have no morals or ethics.

A message to Alt3rn4tiv3, I know you have tried to get my blog shut down. Let it be known that back ups are made after every entry. Just try your little stunt with me, and see how many new ones pop up in their place. All I have to do is press the upload button and a new blog appears with everything intact. Funny, how you and staff claim the Splinterwoman blog was done by a poser... if that was the case, why come after my blog, when you could have easily taken that one down?

Maybe you do have some ethics left in you. Or maybe, screwing with Goolge isn't a great idea either. It does not matter, I know the real answer. So, take heed to my warning, because the law is on my side. LITERALLY.

Bux.to is spreading their Propaganda to the max. Either by their sad little forum, at buxcontest.com. Or through buxbb.com. And yes, they are banning people left and right who state the truth. Bux.to has turned into the PTC bully. Calling out members who state the truth and ask about their payment. By stating their bux.to account name in their reply. Well, bux.to, you can stick my account up your ass, because I could care less as of now. I know the real bux.to, you can't fool me.

Bux.to "owner" acts like he is back and in full force. The truth is, they have always been around. We know who the owners are. Making fake accounts under another name isn't going to hide who you are. Your replies are short and vague. Only because you know you have more than one forum account, and if you say too much we will know who is the poser. I guess it is not so obvious to the average Joe, but you can't fool me.

You would have us believe that "Support" and "Dave51" show up on the same day? After a long period of not showing your faces? Like I said a picture is worth a thousands words...

That is strange. Then how does she explain people being paid to Alertpay rather than the card. If you want to talk about reason, why is bux.to selling a prepaid card, that is FREE? If you go to the yourbuxcard.com and do a test run, you will see that the sign up is done through swreg.org, bux.to's payment processor. Not PAYONEER??!

I remember very vividly, that when I registered for the card It went through payoneer's site, not swreg! On top of that, you are required to enter you personal information on Payoneer. Like Social Security numbers and proof of who you are. So how is bux.to able to do this without gathering the info? It looks like bux.to is violating the USA PATRIOT Act, and on top of that reselling something that is free. Sounds like FRAUD to me.

This just in, looks like Payoneer is cutting all their ties with bux.to. We received confrimation from Payoneer that they no longer will be doing business with bux.to

Payoneer seems to be fed up with bux.to for using the Payoneer card to promote Bux.to. For weeks many members have been outraged about bux.to and their yourbuxcard.com - Marketing Staff, pushing the card on all member to buy and purchase this card for 49.95. A card that is provided free of charge by payoneer. I am sure after many complaints payoneer was not happy about their company and services being used as a vessel to scam the general public. Here is what a member was just told by Payoneer staff just moments ago.

Lies Lies and Lies. Yes it is sickening. Bux.to and staff will go at any lengths to keep this Ponzie Scheme going. From telling big lies, to telling small lies. So how are we suppose to take their word for it, that they talked to "George"? Perhaps another lie?

And we all know they can't keep their promises. Spiderwoman still hasn't lived up to her promise to PTC Guardian. It has been quite some time now since that promise was made, and she said we could count on her, after all a promise is a promise.

So now she is going to lie about her picture. Anyone keeping up with the lies? First it was her name, her age, and now her picture. So she says what she has in her avatar now is the real deal? The picture she had in her profile before the Interpol, the blogs and videos says different. So if those were fake as she claims, wouldn't it be better to have leave those up?

I had seen her PUBLIC photobucket album as well. And trust me, this is not the same woman in the picture of what she had in her photobucket.

I was going to refrain from showing pictures of staff, because I think it is stupid and pointless, only use they are good for is for Interpol, in my opinon. But to make my point clear and how these people tell lie after lie, I feel it is time.

Now, doesn't that look more like a 59 year old woman? I think so! And now, we have the truth. Finally.

AMC would have us believe that what was being told from her before was lies, and what she says today is the truth. After they found out that Interpol was investigating them, a lot of strange new things were being said and told.

Spider moves into AMC's Father's house. AMC's name changes from pots and pans to Aisha. A very common name, might I add. And I hear that AMC's father is a "wealthy business man". He would have to be in his late 70's at least, if not more. And I hear that the owner of bux.to invited spider on a sking trip at one time.

Hmm...could this be why AMC has something to hide? WHO KNOWS! With the lies comming out of that place it is hard to keep up with them all. Which brings me back to Plato.

A user that had nothing to do with bux.to.

Well, well, well...what do we have here? This just gets better and better every day! Bux.to has turned into a international Soap Opera sensation. I have been busy and away from the "drama" at bux.to. So I check in from time to time, to see if anything changed. Of course, nothing has. Only the same old lies coming from that place.

I did find something quite amusing. As everyone knows there is a Mod on bux.to, by the name of "AMC" who desires attention from time to time. Like you would do to anyone who throws fits and tantrums, she is ignored and laughed at on several occasions. She is even the "butt of a joke" on a PRIVATE forum. A forum that she is so desperately obssessed with. All of this is very amusing to watch.

For instance, a couple of days ago a member started a thread to show people on the forum how many people have joined the other PRIVATE forum, known as the "Bagheads" forum. Of course AMC runs to it and points out that some member names are not the same and that if they are not corrected she will close the thread. Oh no!! She is going to close the thread down! ::shaking in my boots::

Also in this thread, AMC mentions she isn't really concerned about what goes on on this other forum. Only that she has been given screen shots of what is being said and done there, and she wants everyone to know that she knows everything that goes on there. LIKE WE CARE!

Let it be known that the PRIVATE forum on the Shack was made by Chrissy, Eternal and Vince (a former Bux.to Moderator) to have discussions about bux.to without the fear of being hounded and demonized by moderators and staff. you see this is what happens when you censor and piss people off. If bux.to didn't edit, delete, and close down threads they wouldn't have this problem. But no! They had to quell all of this for fear of it getting out to the public.

So back to this "Baghead List", I was going to reply today on this thread. However, AMC closed it. She does her little song and dance with Spiderwoman and acts like it is some kind of game. Yes a bunch of grown women playing games with people and their money. Sickening, isn't it?!

Answer: There are ordinarily 6 possible defenses available to a defendant who is sued for libel (published defamatory communication.)
